La Pasadita Paleteria — Restaurant in Inglewood

I frequent this place at least 2-3 times per month, and it's usually great. But today 03/18/2025, was a really bad experience. Of course they changed their menu, but that's okay. I order my usual, vanilla latte with boba. The server asked what size I would like, medium or large, I always get the large, so that's what I said, and she acknowledged it.

Then, out from the back, a guy comes out, and says something to her in private, and she comes back and says to me, that they only come in medium now.

That doesn't make sense to me, only one size?!

Absurd!

Now, not only did I not get what I wanted, it wasn't prepared correctly, I will say, that I took a sip or two, but my latte was only filled 3/4, so I didn't even get a full cup.

I'm truly upset with this establishment, that I actually enjoy visiting.

Food is great, this is why i come to eat here but the service is horrible. You are never greeted, you have to wait for the staff to come to your table after you have waited for a while. This is always the case. And to top it off they serve people that came in way after you came in first. Today in particular i sat down and waited and waited until after 10 minutes they asked me if i was ready to order, i told them that i never even received a Menu. I placed my order to eat at the restaurant and when my food came, it came in a To Go Box, this was very disrespectful for me. I guess im going to have to look for another place where customer service...

I stopped by La Pasadita and got two agua frescas: limón y pepino and fresas con leche. Both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh and really hit the spot. The service was amazing as well. The staff were respectful, super friendly, and even let me sample different flavors before ordering. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back and try more items. A five-star...
