Update I was contacted by someone via facebook messenger because I left a review there as well. She apologized profusely, assured me this would be rectified immediately and sent me a refund via PayPal. This has definitely changed my opinion as I haven't had any problems since. Original review If I could give them no stars, I would. I have frequented LAX Tacos for months now only to have the worst experience ever last night. I order my tacos the same time EVERY TIME, and yet they tried to charge me $3 extra for cabbage. Mind you, if you walk up to the window on the inside and ask for cabbage, they give it to you for free!!! My order was $9.71 when I was at the speaker, but somehow they decided to charge me extra by the time I made it to the drive thru window. I explained to them that I've never been charged for cabbage previously, and I even produced receipts that showed no charge for cabbage. I had them redo my order because I was adamant about not paying extra simply because someone wanted to charge me more today. Then, they remake my order completely wrong!!! I go back, and there's no apology. So, I demand my money back. When I asked for the manager, it was the same person who didn't see any point in apologizing or even trying to turn around a clearly bad experience. You may have to drive a bit, but Pescado Mojado makes great shrimp tacos, and they actually now how to listen to their many return customers. Even more so, they are consistent with their pricing. I stopped in yesterday for 2 shrimp burritos but almost let the bad reviews stop me. I am sure glad that I didn't let the bad reviews stop me. The atmosphere was cool, calm, and overall pretty dope/awesome. It was clean and well shaded if you want to eat outside in the front of the restaurant. The service was great and pretty quick preparing my order. Placing the order was fairly quick and easy as well. I received everything that I ordered in a timely and well packed manner. The food, shrimp burritos, were delicious and came with salsla and a bag of carrots, limes and radishes. I loved the flavor of the salsa with the limes. The seasoning of the shrimp was on point as well. Overall, the food was so good that I stopped again today to get tacos along with the burrito. If you have the time to stop by for a bite to eat, just got off of a flight, or are in the area; stop in and order something off the menu that might tickle your taste buds. I had high hopes for this place. I've been told tacos and tortas are delicious here. Well....I went today and I was not impressed. First. They took way too long for my food to be ready. I went and asked why it was taking so long, turns out they had dropped my order ticket and didn't even know where it was, they used my ticket as a reference. Since they noticed my order had been place a while back they hurried up and tried to get my food ready as fast as possible, so my tacos were all over the place, like a pound of onions on top of them, no salsa and absolutely no flavor! I ordered chicken tacos and they chicken felt sticky with no flavor,(had to throw them away ) the asada was nothing out of this world, my daughters liked it though. The breakfast taco had no flavor either( was only able to get two bites off of it and also threw it away) and the sope had more beans than meat, it was OK though. The sauce was disgusting!
