Today (August 26, 2020), I had my first horrible experience with a Jamba Juice location and employee. Jamba Juice is my absolute favorite juice company to go to, and I have been buying Jamba Juice for over 10 years; however, today marks the worse experience I had with an employee. I ordered a medium White Gummi Bear on the Jamba Juice app and paid for it with my credit card 10 minutes in advance before arriving to the location. The app notification already stated that my drink will be ready by a specific time. I get there and ask one of the employees (young Latino male) has my drink been made already. He tells me that he is currently making it in which I see him. I patiently wait, and 30 seconds after I look up from being on the phone, I see that my drink was given to another girl. I asked her is that mines and she says no, it’s hers. Then I go back to the marked social distance circle and wait again. Another lady who just order walks in front of me. After two minutes, I see him making another White Gummi Bear and tell him that I ordered and paid in advance, I should have my drink already made; it’s been 15 minutes since I placed my order online and he forgot my name again. I told him my order name is under Bre/Breanna. He said the one he has in the blender is mine and the girl who just literally ordered in the store automatically turns ghetto and proceeds to yell “ No! That’s my drink I just ordered and that and my name is Bre too!” I knew she was lying, but she got such a big attitude that the worker told her that he would give her mines and make me wait for the next one. 2 times he gave my drink away when I ordered in advance before all of those who ordered in-store. The drink wasn’t even good. I’ve been to multiple Jamba Juice’s in Southern California, and I have never experienced something like this. Read moreOn Saturday November 30, 2024, I treated my sister to a Jamba Juice drink. Entering the store, there was only one visible staff, who did not greet us or recognize our presence. After standing in the store about 3 to 4 minutes, I decided to utilize the kiosk to review the items. The staff member still did not greet or recognize our presence. I turned to my sister and asked if we had been greeted. My sister said no, and then the staff turned to us and said, is there anything needed? I said, yes, a greeting or recognition that we were in the store. She informed us that there was a kiosk. I asked, do we at least get a greeting, like hi, welcome to Jamba Juice? She said, as you can see I’m here by myself and I’m working on an order. I replied, that’s fine, but do we at least get a greeting, like hello. The staff informed us that again that she was by herself. Again, I asked for a greeting, like, hello. She NEVER greeted us. I told my sister, we get better services from other stores, Jamba Juice. The staff then said, yeah there’s another Jamba Juice on Century. I asked for her name, which she refused to provide me her name. I asked for corporate number, she told me to Google it. I started taking pictures as evidence of her behavior. Then she called for another staff, Danny to come assist. I then said, wait, you lied and said you were here by yourself.
Danny came from the back and was curious about the situation. My sister informed Danny of the other staff’s behavior. Danny was willing to assist by taking our order. We asked Danny for the other staff’s name, Leila (Layla), she’s the staff that was at Jamba Juice on Century and Imperial that worked in the 12 o’clock hour on November 30, 2024. Leila told Danny not to provide us with service, and then went on a break; making rude comments and staying because we’re BLACK, as she rubbed and pointed to her skin, we should be better than that.
And I think staff should wear name badges, like they use to do.

Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. The first time I placed an order at this location I ordered peach perfection, which is something I order at every location. The first time which was about a week ago the taste was okay … but what really upset me was that I literally was drinking pieces of what seemed the peach seed ? Or it wasn’t blended right because I was drinking hard pieces that weren’t edible and that aren’t meant to be in the peach perfection drink , I could’ve choked or something I thought maybe the worker is new so whatever I decided to give this place another try as I am new to the area and I ordered peach perfection again and today it tastes rotten. Leaving a really bitter taste in my mouth. So I went back to the store and told the manager about how the drink tastes and she said it’s the peach juice that tastes bitter that there is basically nothing wrong with it and I responded with , it doesn’t taste right, I would know when something’s off and she said she “doesn’t have access to giving refunds” so I didn’t get a refund. I didn’t get any compensation for this inconvenience crazy how I wasn’t able to get a refund when the drink tastes rotten.
