Give Vanessa (I believe she said her name was, working 11/17/23 at 10:30 AM) a raise because this girl was juggling so many different things, trying to complete online orders and help the customers at the counter while still having a nice/friendly attitude towards customers even though it was clear she was stressed out while her manager just sat at a table pretending to do paperwork but really on the phone most of the time and another guy working just talking to the manager then disappearing into their back room to not be seen again while this girl hustling is trying her very best. I'm upset I had to wait for an online order I placed well in advance, but don't even blame this poor girl. Seems like their manager just doesn't really seem to care if it gets busy anyway. Neither did the other employee who definitely could have jumped on the counter to help his coworker out real quick. I had to order it in person the employee Angel was giving me nasty and unprofessional attitude, when I asked him for ingredients he rolled his eyes at me and pouted. I asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and he waited until I finished putting my sandwich together to tell me there's no sweet onion sauce. Normally that's something you tell someone who's ordering that to begin with. Then I ordered a kids meal bacon sandwich for my baby and he was not even going to cook the bacon, I HAD TO ASK HIM TO DO IT!!!!
