On Sunday June 2nd at 3:00pm I made a order and paid for it and was to.d it would be ready to be picked up at 2944 west imperial highway,Inglewood Ca at 3:25pm . Me and my wife get there at 3:30and the order wasn’t ready ..ok but why it it that there where about 6 to 8 ppl that came after me that ordered bigg orders and received there orders before we did. And we called for it and paid ahead of time. They even where letting ppl go ahead of me and other ppl that had already been waiting for our orders. And when I asked them they said they were already there before us. And that was a lie cause by this time we had been there for 35mins. And we asked other people if they’d seen them hear already.then when we did finally get our food it was almost 4:15pm . and when we arrived to our friends house a few blocks away and got to check our food it was cold. If this is the way chipotle trained there employees you ppl need new management. Cause this was the worst experience I’ve had with chipotle and it was a waste of my money,I shouldn’t have to reheat my food . I will never be visiting this location again. It needs to be closed down. I have been letting my family & friends know not to be ordering from this location again and will be going to instagram , Facebook and yelp to be voicing my disgust with the Bad service , bad food preparation and the customer favoritisms that I’ve had to deal with. So I went to pick up an online order that I placed and arrived at 8:45, like the order said it’d be ready. But when I got there the girl told me here’s your order and handed to me, and I went to my car and my order was completely wrong, it was for someone else obviously. I went back and told her it wasn’t my order and she replied “It has to be yours, there are no other orders” and just wasn’t to concern that my order was wrong. I then asked her if she can check for an order under my name, and she then realized that her colleague was preparing my burritos on the line cook. But once I finally got my order and went home to enjoy it, my burritos were both not labeled and mind you that one has guacamole and sour cream and the other did not. So we could not tell what burrito belonged to who. It’s very frustrating that they were not labeled. Also the guac was DISGUSTING, very hard avocados, definitely were not riped yet. I was disappointed in my whole meal. I just wanted my concern to go out there so this mistake wouldn’t happen anymore. Definitely going to the Gardena location instead. I tried this Inglewood one because it’s new and closer to my house but I’d rather drive the extra miles to get better food...
