A continued five stars to the Stanford Court Apartment homes. I LOVE that team here.

I moved in right before the pandemic, and the apartment homes team went above and beyond to keep us safe and updated, every single time there was a new medical update from the state.

I was working for the state legislature at the time, and every time we received a medical update from California Department of Public Health, the Stanford Apartment homes had it right away and alerted us.

Now that we're in the post-pandemic (ish) era, Stanford Apartment homes continues to be great. The office team is great, and I especially want to shoutout the maintenance team, who know me by sight, as I work from home a lot. They always smile and wave at me, and they never fail to go above and beyond to help me.

I especially want to shoutout Frankie, whom I had the pleasure of meeting three times.

The first time he came to my apartment, it was to help me fix an issue on my backdoor. I was feeling embarrassed, since I had somehow shifted the off the tracks, and couldn't explain how I did it.

Frankie cheerfully introduced himself, and laughed when I sheepishly explained my door situation. He assured me that he'd fix it right away, and we had a great conversation as he helped me figure out what I did, and got the door in fantastic, working order. He also complimented me on my plants - I have a mini succulents garden in the backyard, and we swapped some plant and housing tips.

The second time, I was having an issue with my air-conditioning, and Frankie went ABOVE and beyond. He not only addressed the AC issue, he also noticed a kitchen lighting issue that he could easily fix, and said he'd happily do it right away. He remembered our previous conversation, and we had a great chat as we both worked.

And now, Frankie's helping me doing some touchups around the apartment, just to get it ready for winter. I was genuinely thrilled to realize it was him who was assigned to stop by today, since it's very much like having a trusted friend at the door.

And that's the thing: when you get to know the Stanford team, especially everyone who's here day to day, you'll see it's a really big, extended family, ready to make sure your living experience here is great.

I can't thank Frankie enough, and I can't thank the Stanford...

I've been working from home since COVID started, and the management team has done a great job of keeping us up-to-date on what's going on, and changes being made. They've also always responded immediately to state orders - which is honestly, really reassuring.

I'm also ALWAYS impressed with the maintenance team.

Before COVID, Jesus and Alex came by to fix my fridge. Not only did they do that, they also noticed a few things that could be improved (e.g. a squeaky door) and cheerfully fixed all of those in the blink of an eye.

Now, during COVID, Jesus and the rest of the team continue to go above and beyond to address resident needs - e.g. I was worried about maintenance, and Jesus did a great job of working with me to ensure he could check out my fridge in a socially distant manner.

I also really appreciate the small touches around the complex reminding us to stay safe, e.g. the "space safely" sign in front of our mailboxes. They go a long way in helping remind each of us to do our part.

I’ll like to Thank you the service provided by Alina Rotariu and Christine Ji both of this wonderful ladies has helped me through my moving process and I had the best moving experience ever. Alina is such a nice and helpful person she helped me find this apartment for my family and I she show me all kinds of apartments but the one where we’re living right now was by far the best one. Christine also helped me a lot with finalizing all the paper work and help me if every way she could.
