Lovisa — Local services in Irvine

My sister and I had a terrible experience at Lovisa today while getting her piercings. Izza (the girl doing the piercings) was not nice and very impatient. She was talking to other people while I was asking her questions about the piercings and seemed annoyed every time I asked something. She carelessly drew dots on my sisters ears for where she would pierce and they were uneven every time she did them. We had to ask her to redo it four times before they were actually even. While piercing my sisters second ear, she messed up and poked a hole without successfully piercing it. She then started cussing repeatedly while trying to take the earring out again. Before we left, I asked her if we could somehow be compensated for the incident and she kept saying that it was fine, insinuating it wasn’t a big deal. We left, and now my sister has a random hole near her piercing. We’re just hoping it will close and not be visible.

I took my sister there to get her second piercings as a birthday present but it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. I tried calling back to speak to the manager but the phone goes straight...

I tried to make a return today but the woman in the picture (said she was the store manager, though she wore no name badge) refused me because this particular location is too small to accept returns and I was told to go back to the store I got it from. I said the policies on the receipt and website don't reflect what she claimed and she said she knows she can't take it, even though my purchase was $35 on credit. I don't like being mean or causing a ruckus in a busy store so I left. She had no empathy, and no intention of helping me. I'm not happy with these products and I am not happy with...

I got my ears pierced yesterday. The girl who did my piercings was named Ashley. She was super nice and she was very comforting due to the fact I was scared to get my ears done. She walked me through every step and did an amazing job. I just wished that she had walk me through what I had to do after getting my ears pierced. Like the fact you can't sleep on your piercing for a week (recommended time for a helix piercing) or how you can't go swimming or take a shower in the 24 hours of having the piercing.
