Urban Outfitters — Local services in Irvine

Not only do their clothes have quality issues, but we were also told that we're not allowed to return them when they do. I purchased Urban Outfitter's black tube top from the store at Irvine spectrum just two weeks ago, and I loved the design so much. However, the top started shedding black fuzz everywhere, as shown in the attached picture. It seemed to be a clear quality issue, and I was disappointed that I had to return it after only wearing it for a day.

When I approached the manager to explain the problem, she reluctantly allowed me to return it this time, but she warned that I wouldn't be able to return any worn items in the future. I tried to explain that the fuzz problem was indicative of a quality issue and that I wouldn't be able to wear it anywhere, but she simply said “ worn items are not allowed to be returned. Now we have to destroy this top, and we can’t sell it anymore” and left.

This whole experience has made me apprehensive about buying anything from this store. Not only do their products have quality issues, but the policy of not accepting returns for faulty items after they have been worn adds to...

Probably one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. To the larger gentleman with the greasy long hair: I understand you may be feeling yourself, but as a customer, I would appreciate if you could help me out with looking for an item rather than taking a selfie in the mirror. I would also like to let the group of 3 girls huddled in the fitting room know that I can hear them talk about me and how much they hate their other coworkers. Saw a cool looking Ren & Stimpy shirt on display and decided to check the place out, and when the guy who looks like Drake greeted me in I knew I was in for a good time. The place was really nice and they had some pretty cool stuff. I never found the shirt I was looking for but I stumbled upon a bunch of other interesting stuff.
