Our family recently experienced water damage in our home, along with a serious health concern that significantly affected my childrenâespecially my son, who has a history of asthma and allergic reactions confirmed by his pediatrician. We were unable to remain in the unit during the restoration process, and the uncertainty of what to do nextâespecially securing adequate housingâwas incredibly stressful. Throughout this process, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the compassionate care, timely actions, and professionalism shown by several members of the team: Nancy, Assistant Community Manager, demonstrated clear, consistent, and proactive communication. She treated our situation with dignity and empathy, went above and beyond to secure hotel accommodations, and ensured we were not left without a safe place to stay. His ability to provide reassurance, kindness, and accurate information helped ease our anxiety during a very stressful time.    Read moreThe worse community ever! I do not recommend this community. Poor costumer service. Kids are always playing outside. They make too much noise. The noise is not only once, twice, or three times a week. They are always outside from morning to evening. Lazy employees in the office they do not bother themselves to listen to residents. The only person who works is Carlos (manager) and the only person who can help, he really listens and helps.
One of my neighbors uses their parking as a playing ground and they make their parking as a playing ground, not only for their own kids but also for other kids to come and join and the noise gets more and more.
Even, It is not safe to drive. The kids are everywhere and you may not even see them while you are getting out of your parking. They play with ball, bicycle, and skateboarding, so you may not see them.

When the kitten Garbage Disposal was leaking ON SUNDAY, I called the leasing office, Max answered the phone and arranged the maintenance at effectively, their maintenance staff Santiago showed up immediately and replaced it. All their efforts and services made us felt so supportive and be cared very well!
