Taquiero Taco Patio — Restaurant in Irvine

Well, it looks like Taquiero Taco Patio is really taking the "temporary" in their closure seriously! I mean, it's been whole month and they're still closed? That's dedication!

But hey, at least they're consistent. Their second location is closed for good, and now this one is closed too. I guess they really nailed that whole "temporary" thing. Taquiero Taco Patio might not be open at the moment, their legacy will live on in the memories of all the taco-lovers out there. And who knows? Maybe they'll come back stronger than ever before. In the meantime, I just have to find my taco fix...

Food was ok. pastor was nothing special, asada was no flavor they only items with flavor were the corn tortillas and red salsa. Over-priced for tacos. The worst is that we place our order on line before 11 am and my order was supposed to be ready by 11:15 when I got there they were two more people waiting for their orders they give me my order almost at 11:30.I drove from the corner of muirlands and Bake to this place . One of the customers that was there ask to make her order to go and the second person look very frustrated. Hopefully they work on their customer service...

Its all Meat and Carbs---No freshness. No pico - The guac has an unusual texture like there are other things added to fill it. No lettuce or tomato. The salsas are plenty ,but one of the green ones were given tasted rotten and guac tasted like an old avocado you want to spit out. The restroom has a urinal facing the toilet so that if you sit, it is right there for you to not help but see all how wet the mat is and whatever else made the floor around it wet. The restroom was also out of hand soap.This is during COVID...
