Bought 7 size pair of Nike Dunk Low shoes for my wife as a gift for 210$ before tax and credit card fees. Size was so small that my wife could not even squeeze her feet in this shoes even though she wears 38 European size and American 7 size for most of her shoes brands. So I am not even sure if I was sold a real Nike shoes but not a fake copy with messed up sizing. Next day in the very morning I came back to the store to ask for the exchange for the bigger size. I did not ask for money back even though Stockx sells same shoes for 110$ which is almost twice less. I just needed a bigger size. Store manager said they do not own shoes and sell other people shoes in their store therefore cannot make any exchanges as money for this sold pair of shoes was already sent to the real owner/seller of those sneakers. It is very awkward that business owner sells shoes in his store that he does not even own. My personal opinion: this place should be avoided if you are buying a gift for someone who is not with you at this moment. Hopefully California Department of Consumer Affairs will start looking more carefully at these so-called consignment stores and regulate this industry so owners of such businesses will start taking responsibility and business risks without overlaying them to...

Be Aware when going to all reseller stores, most likely they buy their shoes off websites such as Stockx or Goat and those websites add markups on their already marked up shoes as those sites are reseller sites for individuals to sell their shoes at their wanted price. But reseller stores like these need to stay open so they need to add another markup on those shoes, please do not discourage you from purchasing shoes from stores like these, but please, cross reference shoes online to see how much it is marked up. My experience here was underwhelming. I walked in to two boys (the employees) eating and chatting, too busy to acknowledge me or anyone else. I spent over 10 minutes in this store browsing and still never once got even a hello until I approached them for a shoe size and was quickly dismissed.
