Bought a chain online got an okay price, customer service was good. Emailed them about processing time got a response very quickly. Somewhat happy with my purchase only thing I’ll say is that the chain that I ordered was advertised as 5mm it’s only a 3mm I’m not to thrilled about it but the price was okay it’s definitely a hollow link though. I am not going to advise people not to do business with them just be cautious and ask questions before you make a purchase because once they grab your money it’s going to be a pain in the neck to get a refund having to return ship it all the way across the country! I made an impulse buy I should have asked more questions. We also bought a nice silver chain for my son and looking to purchase a ring too. This store is able to ship to you if you’re out of the area, and they had the best price for each item we purchased.
