UNDERSTAFFED. RUDE. GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE YOU NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.
I have ordered online from this location on multiple locations, and each time, they have either forgotten something or omitted a major ingredient (They are either always out of guacamole or apple sauce for the Kids Fit meal.)
Today, I placed an online order at 12:15 and it said it would be ready by 12:40pm. I showed up, and the line was out the door and there were only two employees working. One showed up late and no one had started ANY of the pickup orders.
The girl who was "late" was very rude and didn't apologize for the delay in not putting in any of the orders pickup orders. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my sandwiches to be made. When I was handed the to go bag, I only saw three sandwiches. I had ordered a Kids Fit meal as one of the meals, and asked her where the milk and apple sauce was when she handed it to me. She got a milk and then told me they were out of applesauce. I asked if I could have another side, and she said I could add a kids juice, even thought I already had a kids milk. I said, "Chips would work better as a side." She gave them to me and said nothing.
When I got home, I opened my order, and of course...
The guacamole was omitted. (I've ordered the Turkey Cali Club on multiple occasions, and ONLY ONCE, the guacamole was included on my sandwich).
The Kids Fit sandwich ONLY had CHEESE and BREAD. I ordered a HAM sandwich.
My other order was correct.
I spent over $21 for a subpar order. This is unacceptable.
This location has gone even more downhill and no one seems to care about the customers. I'm never going back and would recommend you...
Read moreThe lady that took my order was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I went to drive thru to order. I began by saying give me just a sec to see what I want. She immediately said just drive up now. I did. Then she said “what do you want?”. I replied that I was looking at the board and did she have a menu I could look at. Her reply “No. I don’t have anything.” I said I want the Italian. Her reply, “the BMT”? I don’t know what that is. After a sigh, eye roll and her turning away from the window she said “what do you want in it?” I told her what I wanted on it. Her response “wait a minute I am not at that part yet.” I waited until she asked what cheese and bread I wanted. Then I said I would like Italian dressing. Her response “we don’t have it.” I have never been to a Subway that did not have Italian dressing. Another car pulled up to the menu board to order. The lady took the head set off and put it down. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a drive through window. The sandwich was sub-par. She left off the peppers I requested. There is more but the point is I will never go back to that Subway. They are on every corner. I will not give even one star the service was so bad. Finally, I am certain the person was on some drug the way she shuffled around and went as slow as a snail. There was a younger girl working with her but the both of them were rude. No thank you. No come back. Stay away from the Subway in Story Rd in Irving Tx. If any person from Subway is reading the reviews, you might as well close...
Read moreWorst customer experience from a subway in my entire life. First; I waited in line for well over 30 minutes before she even took my order. Mind you, there were only two people (a couple) ahead of me when I arrived. She was incredibly slow. Second, when she finally starts on my sandwich; she lazily puts it together, stacking the veggies on top of the meat instead of the flat portion, something I have never seen in my life. When I ask her to place the spinach/tomatoes on the other side, in a very nice tone, she stops and gets an attitude “Oh my gosh lady”, as though I’m making a highly unreasonable request. Which causes me extreme embarrassment as everyone behind me looks, as though I’m the one causing an issue….when the only thing I asked was for the veggies to be placed on the flat part of the bread. Making a small food request (something that other restaurants do by nature as the veggies usually go on the side opposite the meat anyways) shouldn’t result in someone getting irrationally irate and yelling, “really lady?”. Especially when you aren’t even apologetic about leaving people waiting in line (at a fast food restaurant) for 30-45 minutes. (Then I look at over reviews and notice I’m not the only patron who has experienced this as this particular restaurant.)
