They are very patient and are nice to anyone and if theres a child they dont put anything inappropriate on the tv and as you get youre haircut they either play a song or a movie and dont charge extra for the movie and they also accept appointments which is really helpfull to not stay and wait but they do charge extra for appointments at least i remember and when they work they are actualy gentle and professional at any haircut plus if you cant explain the haircut you can show a picture and they will give you the exact same hairstyle and they even tell you a good choice of haircuts like when you show a picture of a haircut they ask if you want it to be an edge up or tell you a good choice of style and i have been a customer for a long time and i reccomend this barbershop to be one the best i have ever visited,they also the beard trims,shaves and many more plus they sell drinks and snacks in case you get hungry or thirsty while you wait, they also sell merch of their company plus you can get youre hair braids so i say this is one of a kind...

Octavio, the shop owner, manages and operates not just a barber shop where excellent and masterful barbers are full at work but offers a gentleman's experience relative to that of the yesteryears where our fathers grandfather's would be proud of. A place where a man can fully engage and relax while placing their full trust in the master hands of the barbers on staff for their new look, beard trim, etc. The services available to customers, the efficient and user friendly appointment booking systems, vintage design omen to the classic barber shop, warm welcoming staff, cost friendly prices, among a few things to applaud this shop on. Extremely disappointed in this place. I have given this Location three tries, and every time they are too busy to help customers. they close at 7 PM and sign says that they take walk-ins. I walked in at 5:35 PM and only two people are cutting hair and the rest (3 of them) are sitting in their chairs. I asked for a haircut and they said they were busy and booked. I was even willing to wait to be worked in, and they all denied me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They always say to book online, but their rates are higher booking online than it is going in person. If they were packed, and about to close, I would understand. But you have three empty chairs with barbers waiting for people who might show up, that is not good customer service or business.
