I purchased a washer and dryer from them. Only good thing is that they were able to deliver. Other than that I have about 100-200 worth of damages to my washer. Not exactly damages but repairs that are needed to actually use it. It is rusted everywhere inside of it. There is mold and crud practically oozing out of it. Before I started to look deeper into the causes I smelled an odor similar to feces. The about of crud and other debris inside the washer itself is astonishing. I can’t believe they sell items like this. I ran about 40 clean cycles using every method I can think of to clean it non-evasively. Nothing worked. Still had gunk every wash. The water filter was filled with black goo. The soap trays were covered in it and I was unable to see a the actual tray underneath it all. I messaged her about the issue asking if there is some compensation or a warranty or any type possibility of it being settled. I noticed she read my message and never responded. I’ve been dealing with it for a week now. Unable to do anything other than just amass more parts for it because the other parts are useless even after cleaning with a steamer. Bought a used refrigerator for $500 from them through facebook. The ice maker did not work so asked for a proportional refund to accommodate the repair. They sent us a youtube video link to try to fix the icemaker ourselves first by going into the diagnostics mode. We followed the instructions but apparently going into the diagnostics mode made the entire fridge trip and the fridge and freezer would no longer cool. We called an appliance repairman to come out to try to repair it at our cost ($107) and the repairman told us that the fridge had been rewired by someone improperly and also a non-factory condenser had been installed by someone after the fact that had a trip in it. Thus the cause of the fridge completely going out when we went into diagnostics mode. I tried for several days to contact them through facebook and got no response. Finally got ahold of them via email and got a response and a claim that the messaging in facebook was not working for them. We wanted a refund because we were scared of getting another botched refrigerator but the owner refused to give a refund and would only exchange the fridge. Hopefully the exchanged fridge will work for more than a week, but time will tell. Seems like the owner wants to be helpful, but I am not sure I would do business with them again for fear of the quality of appliances they...

Wish I could give no stars. This business is a joke . Bought a set Saturday hooked it up and washer started pouring water outta the bottom. Can't get in contact with them after purchase so their warranty is pointless. Have been trying since we discovered the issue. Appliances were filthy and seal we replaced because it was caked in mildew and animal hair plus torn. Avoid buying anything unless you like being ripped off for money. Guy who delivered said our bill of sale was messages done over Facebook marketplace and stated they test everything. They sell junk and it's sad how they don't mind ripping people off. I have plenty of pictures and videos to back up my claim . I also had to have someone else come look at the washer and the issue is a broken part that should have been noticed. I would never recommend these people and strongly suggest you listen to the few bad reviews as they were the truthful reviews.Judy is a very dishonest person listing everything in good working condition when they clearly are not.
