I don't know if it's just because I am younger than all the ladies that work in this joint, but I went to visit this thrift stop for the first time today, and not one single worker even looked in my direction when I walked in or said hello. Out of all SIX employees walking around this tiny store, NONE of them acknowledged I even existed. I am a 32 year old young woman fighting cancer as we speak. I have been fighting a traumatic rare cancer for the past 3 years and figured while I felt ok, I'd pop into this store that supposedly supports the Columbus Cancer Clinic.
So I am very disappointed with the lack of friendliness or empathy displayed by everyone in this store today. I was tempted to ask to talk to the manager before I left, but my sister, who was also with me, convinced me not to.

Read moreHave been going to this store for many years and have found some great buys. I believe this is an all volunteer store. Sometimes I do find the volunteers to be somewhat rude. I ignore it, because they deal with a lot of people bringing in consignment items, which would probably cause me to be rude, if I had to do that job!. They wouldn’t let me purchase two t shirts for $3 for my child because I didn’t have cash for them and wanted to use a card. Shame on you and your business.
