I decided to get a car wash today… I frequently don’t do this because I live out in the country and travel a lot.
I stopped at this location at 8 AM this morning because there was absolutely nobody in line. For reference I am not a member because I couldn’t justify the cost and the amount of times I would have to visit. Since there was nobody in line I decided to drive in the right lane (felt natural and easier turn into the bat) which is apparently for members ONLY and NOBODY else in which I was lectured to about from an employee. Not exactly what I want to experience first thing. It caught me off guard because I didn’t realize that both lanes were not available even when there’s absolutely nobody in line in the slow part of the day. However, while I was being lectured a member car drove in the left lane and went through no problem… So members can use both but if you’re not a member you will be talked down to apparently. My car comes out great per usual but me being talked down to and lectured because I apparently do not qualify or valued enough to use the right lane. The employee even told me… “You didn’t recognize the sign in the middle of the road?”
I told him I did but since there was nobody in line I figured to take in the right lane makes it a little easier to turn into the car wash bay.
I get it… the sign says members use right lane but come on! I won’t use this location again… he had a great opportunity to sell me a membership… or at least had a great opportunity to make a connection with a potential frequent customer… Even if I didn’t get a membership I would come back to this location because it is on my way most of the time… Unfortunately, he...
Read moreI have a friend named John who always raves about Moo Moo Car Wash. You see, John and I agree on some things (i.e. Roosters has delicious wings) and disagree on others (i.e. that Bud Light is the greatest beer). So when I was visiting Grove City from Cincinnati today and saw Moo Moo, I knew I had to try it out. First, I was completely caught off guard by the FREE vacuum (normally $2 for 8 minutes at my place back home). I didn't know if I should go straight for them or to the car wash. I opted for the Car Wash and was greeted by a friendly associate who recommended the Creme de lea Creme wash which I promptly purchased. Also to my surprise, the top of the line wash was only $18 compared to $22 for a comparable wash at my place back home. The was experience was great and left the wash tunnel with a freshly washed vehicle. After the wash, I headed to the vacuum (again, FREE) and cleaned out the car. The wash and the vacuums were exceptional. I was offered a car freshener packet which I declined. I later learned from my friend John that this is part of a package that also includes an interior wipe-down wipe and drying cloth (I am estimating a $4 value, not offered at my place back home). Supper bummed I didn't get it but that is why there is always a next time.
As I drove down I-71 South to get home, people were literally MOOOOOving out of my way to get a look at my sparkling ride. Upon parking at home after a 110 mile journey, my car still looked as good as new. Needless to say, I was udderly impressed and will...
Read moreThey damaged my truck! That little manager boy wants to play games. Now he will have to answer to the courts.
Since there was NOT Contact Info left by MooMoo Car Wash (Owner) in the reply to my review, I will further my review with my response to the reply...
The incident occurred January 10 2018. The little paper was filled out, pics were taken (bit the pics that were sent to me were BS! one pic shows the damage coming out of the wash bay. Then Im sent a pic of someone elses Truck and thr manager claiming it is my Truck (although its obvious to a blind person that its a different truck), and the 3rd pic is of my Truck actually in the wash bay... The manager obviously Refuses to provide the pic of my UNDAMAGED truck before entering the wash bay.
I contacted the manager numerous times over a 3week period, contacted the main "corporate" number and spoke to a eoman that only redirected me back to the lame manager that is playingca childish game.
My last text to the "manager" reads "This is SAD... i will contact my attorney and go from there"... No reply/No response!
I contacted my insurance company and they estimated the damage at $269. My next step is small claims court to recoup damage, court cost, and time off work.
Btw... It is now the MIDDLE OF MARCH... NO EFFORT HAD BEEN MADE ON BEHALF OF MOOMOO CARWASH TO FIX THE DAMAGE!
The policy of MooMoo Car Wash is obvious... Deny and Wait until the consumer gets tired of dealing with the Damagr issue!
Im just...
