Gilbert Chocolates and Fudge — Local services in Jackson

This was my first time buying Truffles here..

Amaretto, Butter Pecan, Hazelnut, Tiramisu and Rum. All these flavors are NOT new to me and it was very disappointing that none of the truffles I tried showed true flavor of anything as it was stated in the showcase. They all simply tasted of chocolate, I got no Rum, no Hazelnut, no Butter Pecan, no Amaretto, no Tiramisu - disappointed is an understatement and i know Truffles.. Unfortunately I cannot share others...

The people that work here have a reputation for being pretty rude. I’ve heard multiple people say so. Went here for the first time to buy chocolate and the girl working there proved that rumor true. I work in food service and i get that people have bad days, but it’s just weird how you can be so rude as if you had a long day when this location seems to get barely any business. Chocolate...

The Service was great! I'm on a low salt restriction and I needed the nutrition facts or sodium content for the peanut butter fudge . So the employee working called the Gilbert Store downtown and got the information for me and luckily enough, it was very low. And they use disposable gloves everytime, and wrap the fudge up nice and neat. Prices aren't too...
