As the virus gets worse and numbers continue to go up I can no longer excuse your store allowing people to come in without masks on. The sign on the door and announcements on the speak system do nothing. People do not stay 6ft apart especially those who don't wear a mask. In this shopping trip I had someone without a mask come into the frozen isle and stand near myself. I had to move as a result. In the same trip many people without masks were occupying the produce area. I no longer feel comfortable putting my health at risk because you refuse to enforce your mask policy. I also can't justify continuing to shop their while your store puts the employees at risk. At the check out there is a huge gap where a customer can speak directly to a cashier with no plastic barrier present. If an un masked person with a large amount of groceries continues to stand there your employee is put in a high risk situation that could be easily avoided. I know you provide pick up services and those can be used by people who either medically cant wear a mask or refuse to. Why should the rest of us be subject to health risks because you refuse to enforce your own policy. Until your store enforces it's mask policy and removes customers who do no wear a mask I will no longer shop there. I can not continue to shop at a store that does not align with my values and one that ignores the best practices for their employees. This may not influence your decision to enforce change but it tells me where you as a store stand morally. There is mounting evidence that masks are the safest and best option. Worst customer service EVER!!! Then when you say your calling customer relations the manager gets nasty and hostile. They harass u and threaten you.. Then continue to threaten they're gonna call the cops and have you arrested for trespassing... Wanna know why??? Trying to use a coupon. Then said she don't have to sell anything to me or my friend and could even refuse her return if she wanted. Mind you the toy is brand new un opened with reciept. We walked away gettin ready to leave and she tells us to have a good day I smiled through my irritation after how we were treated and told her politely to have a good day too. And right then and there she told my friend and I we were banned from the store.... Now we're banned cuz I told her to have a good day..? The manager Amie is the absolute worst with poor customer service skills who thinks she's God. I called customer relations and they pushed the complaint through to escalations and are getting the tapes and investigating the situation. I will also be getting ahold of the BBB and my attorney for deformation of character. Treating my friend and I like criminals over a coupon and creating a scene infront of the entire store. If they don't want people to use a coupon, store coupon and cartwheel to get the promotions then they shouldn't...

I've only ever had trouble at this store so I won't shop there. A while back, I took my son there and he picked out a toy. We waited in a long line to check out. They wouldn't sell us the toy. No explanation except, " It's not in the computer." We go back and find a different toy. My son is very sad as he tries to find something else. He finally finds something and we bring it up, wait in the long line to pay again and guess what. Same thing. It's not in "the computer". Can't sell it. Now my kid is crying and I'm mad. I'm not flipping over tables mad, mind you, just mad enough to ask for a manager who it turns out is a some girl who looks like she's twelve who assesses the situation and decides to not talk to us at all but rather, scurries off, yelling for some guy and never returns. We leave. I hadn't been back in a long while but I was with the kids at the mall and they wanted some pretzels so I begrudgingly agreed to stop at their cafeteria. I didn't have much faith in the derelict looking children they had working there so we got pretzels and grilled cheese. Can't mess that up... Cold wet pretzels. Cold cheese. Cold hard grilled cheese.
