I visited here a few months ago upon several recommendations for a massage, but did not enjoy it. I booked a treatment with Henry after reading many fantastic reviews, but I would not recommend the treatment I received. There was no music playing during the treatment, which made it hard for me to relax. Henry also appeared to be under the weather, so I kept hearing throat clearing and sniffles-very unprofessional and unsanitary in this line of work. The amount of pressure being applied was almost painful, and while it did relieve a lot of tension, it seemed like way too much despite speaking up at the beginning about the pressure level. Overall I was not relaxed during or after and it made it very hard to enjoy for $160 plus an-almost mandatory tip.

I came here while passing through Jackson and they were able to get two of us in for a same day massage. I lucked out and got Henry - this was the best massage I’ve had in years! He was great about checking in before and during the massage about pressure, and he is truly intuitive on what parts of your body are hurting. The room and table were also very comfortable. If I am ever passing through Jackson again, I will definitely come back...

The service itself was amazing but I was really impressed because she sent me a personalized skincare regimen later in the day after my service with products, step by step instructions, and links to buy them.
