HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP!!!! š I absolutely LOVE this store!!! Even though I don't live in the Jackson area anymore, I go to the one local to me. The family that owns it, are good Christian people, and are business partners with Mike Lindell and his My Pillow products. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING BRAND NEW ITEMS, from gardening to patio table sets for $89, to deck chairs priced at $20 each, grills, household, bath towels, flooring, large area rugs for living rooms, clothing, shoes, umbrellas, groceries, pets, a large corner book section, storage shelves, tools, etc!!! ITS ABSOLUTELY ENDLESS in this place, and the prices are GREAT!!! You can get Queen bed sheets here for $13.99!! They also sell a variety of sized tarps and bungee cords, as well as laundry baskets and small kitchen appliances!! I just bought a 24 ounce bottle of Dawn dish soap for $3.79 at my Ollie's branch, which would have costed me $6.75 at Dollar General for the SAME bottle!! They also have a LARGE selection of baking pans and kitchen pots and pans for as cheap as $7!! My husband bought a LARGE cast iron pan there last month for $15!! You guys will not be disappointed in shopping here!! And if you are getting ready for Christmas, they have TONS of TOYS for kids for as low as $5!! GO CHECK IT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen twice, first time experience was okay but the store was obviously short staffed. One cashier was all I saw, and a couple of stockers.
Second time, I got attitude from the cashier for not understanding they needed to scan a barcode in my email for the rewards card they insisted I signed up for when I came the first time...even though I had the rewards card in my hand with the barcode. Manager strolls over after noticing the cashier getting exasperated and had an attitude as well as she told me coupons come in your email, not on the rewards card. So what's the point of the rewards card?! I didn't want to fumble with my cell phone and felt rushed even though no one was behind me. I decided to forego the coupon as it was now becoming a quibble match, and I told them BOTH to sharpen up on the customer service skills....their attitudes and lack of customer appreciation was not called for, especially since they were empty of customers and full of employees just hanging out by the registers and talking. Neither one of them were patient or helpful.
I won't be back to this location, although I love the book selection. However, A LOT of their items are overpriced. I paid $3.49 for a package of disposable cups that I could have gotten much cheaper elsewhere. Shop around...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was at the checkout and needed a price check on a rug. The price was too high so I said I didnāt want it and set the carpet on top of other items near the checkout. The cashier said it was no problem. All of a sudden the manager, Erica started ranting about who was responsible for the carpet in the wrong place. She continued this rant so I told her I put it there but intended to replace it where I found it. Erica then yelled even louder that I was a liar. More abuse continued until I told her she was abusing me over something she made up in an attempt to make her stop yelling. Suddenly Erica stormed over to the register, rudely brushed aside the cashier and proceeded to cancel my order. She flung the cancelled receipt onto the counter saying thatāll teach you lady, get out of my store. No one did anything wrong except Erica. This manager is unfit to interact with customers and abusing her power because of a rug out of place is ridiculous. Her priorities are wrong. Do not shop here. Better...
