We just celebrated a birthday here on Sun. Our family drove an hour for this specific location. We were advised we would have a 45 minute time slot as well as an hour of bowling. I called to have them let us in at 11:45 to set up tables as we were under the impression it started promptly at 12:00. We purchased a birthday package for two pizzas and two pitchers of soda. I also planned on purchasing an additional pizza, fries, and other snacks for the kids. We waited until 12:30 for the pizza to even be prepped and the soda machine was broken so we were offered 3 choices. I would have gladly brought our own drinks had I been advised there was no soda that I already paid for in this party package. The man working behind the snack bar literally threw my sons tokens on the table when I asked when the party was going to start. Expressed to me he was the only person working, and was extremely irritated that he had to make 2 pepperoni pizzas and a cheese pizza. He stomped behind the bar to grab our sodas as if we were an inconvenience for him. Considering this was a timed event, we didn’t get any food or drinks until close to 1:00pm when we should have started bowling. Family ordered wings, nachos, and a Pepsi from the snack bar. My father waited over an hour for his food and soda. When my father went to check on his food, the same character behind the snack bar stated “I’ll grab your Fuc** soda” and again, literally dropped fathers food on the counter out of anger. For a 7 year old birthday party, the service was absolutely horrible. For any customer this is absolutely not okay. I understand we all have bad days, but this man should not be employed by your establishment and should not have been servicing what would have been a fun birthday party for my kid. What should have been a carefree day, was extremely stressful. I was focused on this man’s behavior and how he was treating customers rather than my child. But I was so upset about the attitude of the bartender, when my bf went up the first time the bartender kept skipping over him and getting other people drinks even tho he was waiting there a while, which at first was fine cuz he was busy and my bf thought maybe he overlooked him. When my bf went back for a second drink again he was busy so my bf sat down and got in his phone (to not seem so eager and didn’t wanna rush him) and the bartender again kept getting people drinks that had come up long after him and finally my bf said in a regular nice way “can I get a rum and coke” and he looked at him and snapped at him and said “ yea when I get a chance , is that a problem?”and my bf just stared at him (not tryna say something rude) and then my bf said “whats going on” and the bartender said “you’ve been staring at me.” Like what? My bf was tryna be polite and not rush him and sat down and got on his phone to wait for it to not be so busy. (Even tho he kept overlooking him) my bf said I wasn’t staring I was on my phone? Read moreFirst I will say that the remodel looks great. Food options are large and taste good but service is slow to receive it. We went on a Saturday. It was steady but there plenty of lanes available. After playing 4 games and spending 40-50 dollars in the arcade I informed the front desk that the wheel of fourtane game was broken and not printing our 133 tickets out. The response I got was “wel the vender was just here...there’s nothing I can do about it”. I asked about receiving a ticket for my kids to be able to “cash in” and was told the only thing he could do was let the vender know. I find that unacceptable. They also only had one person working the register, shoe rental and ticket counter. People were waiting 20+ minutes to cash out or retrieve their shoes. They need to work on customer service. If I’m going to spend 200 dollars on a family outing I don’t see why they couldn’t honor 133 tickets that inreality would have cost them less than a dollar.
