Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I ordered a pizza and wings at 8:42pm. It was scheduled to be delivered at 9:17pm. At 9:03pm I received a call from a man claiming to be the manager. My daughter and I had been standing downstairs waiting for the pizza to arrive. The manager stated that the delivery driver was downstairs and needed my room number. I told him the driver was not there and that I was standing by the front door waiting. I asked the manager what kind of car was the driver in, he then inquired about my location, told me he doesn't deliver to my address, and hung up. I called back to see if I could get a refund confirmation via email. The manager hung up after saying, "We don't do that". I called back to ask for the GM's contact information, the manager again hung up on me after saying, "We don't do that".

I usually read reviews before I eat from anywhere new. However, I did not do that this time. Do not waste your time nor your money at this Pizza Hut location. Per the reviews, there are many customers who were disappointed with the service and the quality of the food.

I will NEVER eat pizza hut ever again!!!! Feeling gross after eating for dinner. Go to Lazarras pizza or Tony's at the mall. This pizza seems very artificial and could possibly make your heart beat fast for hours. The only reason I ordered here last night is because nothing else was open at 11pm & after a busy day I didn't feel like cooking. The website mentioned wing Wednesday and when I submitted my order it didn't process so I decided to just switch to pick up and ordered over the phone. The wing Wednesday price was not honored. The girl taking my order got my name incorrectly typed in so when I arrived the cashier had no idea who I was!! Food was disappointing, stale bread stick that seemed they had been sitting for hours, boneless wings not completely covered in sauce, and pizza was like something you'd get in the frozen department! I called to request a complete refund and the manager wouldn't give me one, only offered to replace the bread sticks, so I feel pizza hut doesn't value customers, and they've...

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza. My visit for take out 2 nights ago will be my last visit to this specific store. For the second time in a row my on line "order ahead" was late being completed. While waiting in the store it took several minutes until anyone waited on me after arrival (no one else in front of me). Finally I was waited on and told my pizza not ready (2-3 min after scheduled time) and would be a couple more minutes. For the next 15 minutes I waited in the store with no update. I saw my pizza placed in the warmer and it was a couple of more minutes until someone came out to give it to me. I will say that this entire time the staff was occupied in the back, so I am not saying they were not working, just that they were late in getting the order ready (a big reason to order ahead of time) and no updates throughout the...
