Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Went in there and they were having a bad day or something . Me and another customer that walked in. And we literally ordered the same thing, just a pepperoni Pizza. I got some cheesy bread too. We were told 8 minutes . I just wanted to grab a quick Pizza for my kids . If you are on the clock like I was and on a lunch break or something whatever you do I would wait until you get off work . Because if they tell you 8 minutes or 10 minutes, you go ahead and tack on fifteen to twenty minutes on top of it . Not as much mad at the people working there. They look like they only had two people . They have to deal with doordash ect... but I don't know what it was that tied them up, but several times I was about to just get my money back . I've never had a bad experience in little Caesars before even this location it's usually good . The food is cooked perfect.So it got five stars for that . Felt kind of bad for getting frustrated when they already looked like they were frustrated as well. but still don't say 8 minutes if it's not going to be 8 minutes . But they do make up for it in quality food . The cook definitely knew what he was doing. Although I know he was probably frustrated with me too. But I had to go. But I will tell you, this is the cleaness, Little Caesars. They are definitely on top of that. The food it's cooked perfect. So of course, yeah, I will go back. But I will not go back when i'm on the clock or crunched for time . Next time, if it's going to be a while, I will just come back...

I’m very disappointed! And upset . I ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and classic cheese pizza with wings . They said it was going to be 10 minutes and I was okay with that. As I sat inside there was at least 3 customers that return to the store stating that they had there orders wrong . One customer that had ordered after me had his order wrong and had to wait for his order to be remade at this point it’s been about 16-17ish minutes and I still didn’t mind However, when this customer received his order before me I was irritated . When I finally received my order they had given me two pepperonis , they gave me a wrong pizza ! I told them and took out my receipt and remembered I had ordered wings as well which they didn’t even give me . They came with my pizza and I asked for my wings , after I left the store I looked at the pizza and they were cold !! I waited for about 30 minutes for pizza that seems that it had been sitting in the back ! Highly highly Recommend to not go to this little caesars! If I could give it a 0...

I purchased 3 pizzas and I asked for it to be redone because the pizza looked like it was done in a hurry making all the ingredients go to one side of the pizza leaving a lot of sauce and bread on the other side. The person that I asked was the lady that has about 5 piercing or so on her face. She said ok just wait 10 min. When I came back I was courteous and gratefully thanked her. When I got home she had given me the same 3 pizzas that I asked to be redone. I feel like I was made a mockery. I don't think that customers should be lied to and make the customers situation inconvenient by having to return a third time to the store to fix the problem. I had explained that my kids are picky eaters and wouldn't eat the bread and sauce alone. Since the pizzas were not redone I had to order pizza hut so that everyone can get an even slice with ingredients on it not just bread and sauce as well as hot.
