Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered from the kiosk only to be given 1 item, (waited 20 minutes), and when I asked for the rest of my order, the employee looked dumbfounded and confused. I had to explain my order again. She brings back half the order, now, all we need are the drinks. I tell her the drinks and wait for 10 more minutes until I have to go back to the counter and ask where my drinks are. At this time (20 minutes later) I’m upset and raising my voice, the manager comes over, asks what a Naked green machine smoothie was and laughed at me, as if I made up the drink. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Then, 5 minutes after that, we’re told they didn’t have the drinks we ordered. 30 minutes of waiting, not getting our drinks, we finally were given a refund, ONLY for the unavailable drinks. They didn’t even offer us other drinks in replacement, not even a sorry. I was treated like a Karen for being upset that it took 30 minutes for us to get 3 donuts and 1 drink. Horrible customer service and rude to customers. Upon arrival there were three customers placing orders. Understandably at the time they were a little busy so I patiently waited but once the customers left, one of the ladies who was not wearing a badge came over to help the gentleman waiting on the Baskin Robins line with my family and I. Upon completion of his order and the store being empty we waited for assistance. Neither of the ladies at the front came to our side even though they could clearly see that we had been waiting. I approached the counter and asked if there was anyone else working the counter and the employee Karina rudely addressed me and said "I'm the only one working the and I'm busy". I said nothing further as there we another patron in the store. The manager shortly came out and took my order. Upon getting to the register, the employee Karina checked out the other patron and when I got to the register walked off and made a rude comment while snickering. The manager rung me up and I left the store. If there was a way to not give a star I would. I find the behavior and service of everyone in the store...

Tonight was my first time ever visiting and I can strongly say I was very much unimpressed... They made us wait before they took our order though none of them were busy, simply standing around chatting. They were unprepared and had no waffle cones ready though they were clearly not busy. A minor issue but very disappointing. The cheapo waffle cones are nowhere near as good. The lady taking our order was rude throughout the entire process and even made a purposefully loud, very obviously digusted expression and noise at my choice in flavors. On top of that the cones she made were very sloppy and carelessly done and both my husband and I nearly lost our ice cream to the floor on the first lick!
