I just had to post my extremely satisfying experience at CookOut today thanks to the very professional and courteous staff member behind the register by the name of Aaron! I was tasked with having to go inside today and do the one thing at a fast food restaurant that no one wants to ever have to do, especially without a receipt. However, thanks to Aaron he listened to my explanation of how one of my chick/cheese quesadillas from a lunch order yesterday ended up with sauce on stand it was supposed to only be chicken and cheese, I went on with a seemingly unnecessary explanation... Aaron was completely understanding and apologetic on the company's behalf, followed by a prompt intercom command advising the kitchen staff to begin preparing the remake. My experience here at the cookout off Western Blvd was very relieving, it's definitely not always and hardly ever this commendable. Highly recommend this location, the food is always prepared perfect and if there is ever a mistake there is never a need to dred the return, just be sure to call immediately explaining that you can't produce a receipt if...
Read moreEvery time I've gone to cookout I have to wait in line, but only behind one or two cars, but those one or two cars will add 20 minutes to your commute. Ordering is never simple here, the person taking your order cant hear you and the speaker box turns every word they say into muffled mumbling. It sounds like the adults talking from the Peanut movies. After you order though you have to go through the final gauntlet... the window... your server will take your card then disappear for 2 to 3 minutes and come back with a bag full of crumpled up sandwiches a half filled container of fries and give you back your card. Count on at least one item from your bag being missing, so always check your bag before you leave because if you call the store and tell them they forgot an item they'll hit you with a " Uhhhh, okay come back and get it then." Then you'll drive back and wait in the same line again for the now cold missing item. I have given this place multiple tries...
Read moreif i could give it zero stars, i would 100%. i can say we did get thru the drive thru line quick. though, once we got to the drive thru window we sat there for 5 minutes before the man even cared to acknowledge that i was sitting there. once he told us the total for the 3 milk shakes we got i handed him my phone to pay (tap) when the man grabbed my phone his finger nails were so sharp he cut my finger and drew blood. i was heated. i asked to talk to the manager (when i finally got the 3 milk shakes that we ordered and they were not busy at all). once i talked to him his response was “what do you want me to do? i’ll tell him to cut them”. granite it was late, 12:07 am….i was a paying customer. i don’t care what time they close, you may be ready to go home but that’s no response to give someone especially after something like that. that’s very unsanitary and immature as a manager to talk to a customer like that. So yes, I am mad and an apology would have been...
