I recently visited Waah Indian Bistro at Baymeadows and was pleasantly surprised. It’s great to finally have a spot in Jacksonville that offers ice creams reminiscent of the flavors we enjoyed back in India — most of the ones we tried were really good. What stood out even more was their Indian-style pizza. We had the Kadai Paneer and Kadai Goat pizzas — both were soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The fusion of Indian spices on a pizza base worked really well and was a hit with our guests too. We enjoyed it so much that we went back just two days later! The staff was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. They make their dough fresh daily using wheat, which probably explains why the pizzas tasted so good.
If you're in the area, I’d definitely recommend giving their pizzas and faloodas a try. It’s always nice to support a local business bringing something new and flavorful to...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience at Waah Bistro and Kwality Ice Cream! The pizza was absolutely delicious — the owner personally helped me choose the best option, and I loved that it was halal with wheat bread, which is a healthier choice I really appreciated.
The egg puff was also a standout — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. What really impressed me was the fusion concept behind the menu. It's such an innovative twist on traditional flavors, and everything I tried was packed with taste and creativity.
As someone with diabetes, I was pleasantly surprised to find they offer sugar-free dessert options, which made the experience even better. It's rare to find a place that caters so thoughtfully to different dietary needs.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for unique, tasty food with a modern,...
Read moreWe recently visited Waah specifically for the wood-fired pizza, and have to say that the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The Vindaloo Sausage pizza was fantastic. The char level on the bottom and edge of the crust was exactly what we had hoped for, and the slices held firmly enough to not lose any toppings. The vindaloo sauce wasn’t overly spicy, and if the toppings just happened to get eaten first leaving only crust, the remaining curry flavored sauce on the crust was excellent in itself.
We also tried the Badshadi Falooda shake and just loved the uniqueness of the added vermicelli and rose syrup. Delicious.
We most certainly will be back to try more flavors of their perfectly...
