My mother worked there for years! It is an amazing place. Yes the midnight bowling cost has gone up but that is because children/teens who go there like to go to abandon or disrespect the stuff they have access too! The food is amazing never within the many years my mom was the manager working their did I get sick or be disappointed with the food there. The employees there the boss in charge of the place tries best to have the best of employees that respect the customers and is pretty on top of firing the ones who are not. They have you remove your shoes for safety percaution not to be an ass so no reason to be upset with them over that bc you know damn well you would be pissed if you were wearing socks and stepped on the soaking wet floor from the snow and rain getting dragged on from your shoes or if your kid slipped in fell and tried suing the place if your kid fell. We were there for a birthday party and the way he talked to kids, he was lucky a parent didn’t punch him for disrespecting their child!! he yelled at more than one child, ITS A BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! there was a bunch of parties going on and if he can’t handle children or talking to children like they’re 6 not a grown adult then he should not be working there!! HIGHLY RUDE!!!!! They do not follow Covid protocols. They were forcing people together closer than 6 feet and allowed customers to walk around maskless. Staff are incredibly rude and hostile. Staff wears masks below chin instead of covering face. We were there Sunday and saw them kick someone out for asking to switch lanes or wait until another lane opened up as they didn't feel comfortable being less than 6 feet away from an unmasked family of 15 or.
