Game Time Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jamestown

I took my son bowling at the lanes this restaurant is part of. Afterwards, he wanted wings for dinner so we went into the alley's restaurant. Our order of chicken wings arrived to the table pink and under cooked. Gross, but I get that mistakes happen. We didn't have time to wait another half hour to get a cooked batch so we opted to not get the food replaced and just grab McDonald's drive thru on the way home. Their solution for feeding us raw chicken???? TO CHARGE US FOR THE 2 WE ATE! lol what???? The solution was to only bill us for an order of 6 instead of the order of 12 we got. I suppose it's because we ripped open several other wings to see if they were edible after accident consuming a couple raw ones. People at the tables around us were aghast at this solution while it was being presented by the poor waitress who clearly didn't agree it was the best solution. I made it clear that resolution was balogna, but whatever, I'll just pay and leave. She did go back to bargain with them on our behalf and they comped the meal (we did eat an order of pizza logs (but brought our own drinks in from the bowling alley) that I would gladly have payed for and even offered to after she told me we were good). I guess if there is something to learn here - if you serve your customers unsafe food, don't try and charge them for it because they ate some... then discovered it was unsafe! It was insulting. We have gone her often usually a good night out. I ordered 2 fish fry take out dinners that they said would be ready in 20 min. I showed up in 20 min to pick them up. They collected my money and after waiting 50 min i still did not have our food. I asked for a refund and was told it would be just a couple more min. Well another 20 min i finally got our food. I called and talked to the on duty manager to express my concern he said a gift certificate would me mailed to us to make up for it. He stated they were having problems in the kitchen that night. I was a party of one. I didn't know it was trivia night. Or league bowling. It shouldn't matter. It was busy, no busier than a restaurant. It took maybe a half hour to even have a waitress show up. My food took over an hour to arrive. It was just a burger and fries. My burger was wrong. Fries cold. I would have walked out and I guarantee nobody would have noticed. But I didn't. I paid.
