Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jamestown

Rated this place higher then Lakewood Little Ceasers for so long until it started to become inconsistent. This pizza is SUPER RAW, the cheese is breaking apart and Lakewood Little Ceasers is up to the same shangians. CEOS OF LITTLE CEASERS IN THIS AREA, It seems like its raw and ready pizza, not hot and ready. Where are the standards at? I was given a 15 minute window and IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS COOKED FOR 5-7 minutes. Generally tweak your dang ovens Little ceaser, I should see a better crust. If the crust and cheese are the same color, something IS GENERALLY WRONG. Also fun fact, requesting well done literally doesn't mean anything online/doordashing. I'm officially done with this place and I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere other then to get the (hopefully)...

Terrible customer service!!

We placed our order through the app. I waited to go in until the app said it was ready. When I went in the cashier found our order in the system but couldn’t locate the food in the store. The cashier then I assume asked his manager where it was and the manger took over helping me. He was extremely rude and unapologetic. His solution was to wait another 20 minutes for the order. I asked if he could just refund for the Hawaiian pizza so I could just get two pepperoni pizzas. I had to come up with a solution. They definitely need a better system to track online orders and more...

The food is good. Pretty standard little ceasers pizza. The place has the kiosk that is really nice for orders.

The issue with this location is they will wait till after you pay to tell you if there will be a wait. For example I switched to a hot and ready pizza after asking if a different style was avaliable. Then ordered another item forgetting to ask if it was ready to go. Cashier did not mention it would be a wait till after the food was paid for.

So if coming here make sure to ask about each item you are ordering if you are wanting to avoid a wait...
