Phatties — Restaurant in Town of Kiantone

I've had three different subs from there so far and their hand made onion rings. All were very good. The first I had was when we ordered while at work. I had their slow roasted beef sub called the Mouthful of Meat. The sub was stuffed with meat so much so that I could only eat 1/2 of the 8" sub. I did have a couple of the onion rings from an order placed by a coworker. The second time I ordered the 8" Phattie sub which is their thin sliced steak sub with cheese, onions, and peppers. It was excellent! Once again I had the handmade onion rings. Never a disappointment. This most recent time my wife and I went after running errands. I got the chicken Parm sub. The sub was stuffed with cut/shredded grilled chicken covered with marinara sauce and cheese. I'll warn you the sub made the butchers paper wrap wet to the point it soaked through. So be careful you don't sit the sub on anything that could stain. My wife got their Turkey sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo. She was very happy with the sub and ended up eating the entire thing. I was only able to eat about a third of mine and saved the rest for my lunch the next day. We both got the onion rings as well. Prices include tax so figuring out your cost is very easy. The owner is very pleasant and easy to talk with. Be careful when parking. It can be a bit tricky getting back out into traffic. We will definitely be ordering from here again! Side note: there is a seating area inside. I haven't actually stayed to eat in, so I can't really comment on that...

Great food, amazing service!! For sure hope to be back. We tried out their food for the first time tonight and brought our baby with us. The cook came out to personally thank us for coming and couldn't say enough how much he loved the sound of our baby. Such nice staff- would highly recommend them!! Great people AND food. The chocolate ice cream reminds me of a Wendy's frosty...

First time trying this restaurant. 2 of our meals were good, but sadly my daughter and myself had the chicken which one bite in something didn't taste right and then both of us took turns running to the bathroom. Clearly not thoroughly cooked so sadly our last time...
