Undeserving of even the one star I have to give in order to make this review. I have NEVER been treated by any establishment the way I've been treated by these people. Payments on time every single month and I couldn't get anyone to help me with a dishwasher that was 1.) Missing pieces from the day of dropoff and 2.) Having to be ran two and three times to get dishes clean. Filter always kept clean and rinse aid always kept full. It's junk and all I needed was a working machine. I couldn't get anyone to answer me about it. In fact, I couldn't get anyone to answer me until I'd finally had enough and said "You know what...just come get it". I refuse to pay the price for a machine that doesn't work. Who does that?? I guess they prefer the people who DON'T make monthly payments on time, because, they get to take the item back and make money on one item over and over and over many times. Anyway, completely incompetent and utterly unprofessional. We've rented from several and these folks give rent to own places a very bad name. I do not know how they've gotten the good reviews that they have. Different workers? Under different management? Don't know, but I've nothing good to say. My dishwasher has been failing. During Covid I couldn't find one - now I can't find what I need. I decided to rent a dishwasher until I could buy what I wanted. The super nice people at Rent a Center had a portable dishwasher. I decided to try it. They brought it to my house but I have a damaged right hand & it quickly became obvious I couldn't take the housing off my kitchen sink & screw in the portable dishwasher. So the very kind men who brought the dishwasher took it back without a word of complaint. And the manager promptly refunded my money. Needed a new washer, and staff was very nice. Delivery drivers were amazing, though. When they opened the box in front of the house, they discovered a large dent in front of us, and even though it still worked, they installed it while they waited for a replacement to be sent to us. Even though we had to wait a few weeks for the replacement, once again the delivery guys were super! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and apologetic about the wait for the new one. Look, things happen, and I'm old enough to understand that, but the true test of a GOOD business owner and their staff is how they handle it, and these guys passed with flying colors. You may pay more, sure, but the service plan, and yes, even the service itself is worth it to me....
