TOPS Friendly Markets — Local services in Jamestown

I went to Tops on Foote Avenue to get a few groceries for a Labor Day party tomorrow. I decided to get a fishfry while I was there. The young girl saw me, walked out back, saw me a second time and left the department. I asked the guy in the deli what to do and he pointed to the girl as she was walking back. I took a deep breath and waited around while she did something else. It wasn't busy, mind you, and actually I was the only customer standing there at all. So she finally reluctantly took my order and I went to pick up my other groceries. When I came back I saw her putting my fish and fries in a box and attach the price sticker. She then preceded to set it on a shelf back there and start putting whole cooked chickens in containers and put it out for display. Other than cold food, I waited, because I wanted to see what she would do. I know she saw me. Finally out of the blue she picks up my box and hands it to me. What a pain. Another customer saw me twice in the store and asked me how I made out, because she had dealt with that before. I couldn't believe how blatant she was about ignoring me. Unbelievable. I was going to ask for the manager, but being a Saturday I doubt there was one. And I just wanted to get home. I think her name was Stephanie. Hard to read her name tag running away from me...

This is Tops there are three of them in and around the Jonestown area.there is Falconer New York, that is like next door to jamestown. There is also a Tops in Washington St. In Jamestown and this on in the picture is the Tops on Foot Ave. I go her alor because I live down the down and up the street and around the bend. Lol no but the store in the oic is the 2nd biggest Tops store in the area and the is a mix of all racist in the area the workers are kind and helpful and will at times go out of there way to help you.
