I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with your company's services. I have been a loyal customer of Boost Mobile for several years now, but I have reached a point where I can no longer tolerate the poor quality of service that I have been receiving.
I have repeatedly paid for unlimited calling and data, but I have not been able to use those features due to persistent issues with your network. Despite reaching out to your customer support team numerous times, the issue remains unresolved, and I continue to be charged for services that I am not able to use.
I am tired of being taken advantage of and feel that your company is not providing me with the service that I am paying for. As a result, I have made the decision to discontinue my services with Boost Mobile.

After getting it back I noticed that the back glass was coming up so I took it back, and they supposedly fixed it. Well a couple of days later it happened again. When they took my back glass off they immediately found missing screws for my wifi antenna, which the reason the screws are missing there's no bracket that's supposed to be there, and also the battery was loose. I came in this trip to have the tempered glass for my phone replaced. Which was replaced promptly with no issues. Very satisfied with the service I received.
