Went there Friday about 3pm. Drive thru- Was told that 3 of the food items I ordered needed to be made that they didn’t have enough so about a 10 min wait. I gene the attitude right away from the cashier at window, I think because I ordered over $45 in food that it was an inconvenience- so I pulled forward and waited 20 min as 6 other cars passed through after getting their orders. I got home, 30 min away- and 2 food items were missing. And the food was mush! I East there often and it was not the best for this order. So, I called store the 1st time and got hung up on, called again the 2nd time and the girl answering had to re-say the thank you for calling line 3x in a row because she kept messing up ooops that happens, but after she was done perfecting it, I told her what happened, had to repeat myself 5 times and was placed on hold. Then another girl got on, so o had to explain myself again, and was told they would write my name down and I would get two small sides next time I come in. First off waiting that long for my food, it should have been correct, and secondly I feel I should have had more sympathy from the crew member for their mix up. None at all. I have heard so many people complaining about the two specific girls that work there together often, that they like to say out loud the customers debit/credit card information and bark at them! Personally from an employee there has even told me stories. I must say I will never go out of my way to that location for Panda ever again! Read moreNever had bad food experience, but cleanliness is NOT a priority here, especially inside. Pull in the parking lot to eat inside, and there's a container of food tipped over in the parking lot, Lo Mein spilled out and waiting to turn into a bigger mess. Step inside and EVERY SINGLE TABLE is dirty, floor is dirty, and flies are buzzing. Ended up sitting at the cleanest spot we could find, and in the 15 minutes we were there, I watched 2 employees finish lunch and leave their booth dirty, another employee come and sit in the same booth as far away from the mess on the table, and another 2 employees walk right by all the dirty tables. Not a single one seemed bothered or responsible for taking care of business. We sat there for 10 minutes before one single employee came out and "cleaned", along with banging every single tray she could, as loud as she could. No cleaning spray, just a dirty towel and a tray to catch the crumbs on. Management needs to make some changes in cleaning policies before I'm stepping in there again. It's really disgusting business practice to let a place with decent food be so sloppy with appearances inside and out. Also...if you're going to allow employees to still wear masks, they really need to speak loud and clear. Or they can just repeat everything they say two or three times, which is always good for customer...
Read moreI went twice in a week and they had no ice for drinks. First time I got Tea, it was warm. This time I got pop, again no ice and it was warm. I asked for ice they said no ice. [They are directly behind a convenience store which sells ice... am I wrong...?] I mean, go get some ice for your customers! Well,, then I asked to substitute a cold bottle of pop in their refrigerator, for the warm syrup that they served me... They hesitantly gave me a cold bottle, then another worker returned to the window saying there is usually an upcharge for this... I was like hey, not my fault that you're serving hot soda pop and tea (It's 80°outside) and should have ice by now, or at least cool/cold soda coming out of your (what should be a) refrigerated soda machine!? In closing, that gal literally closed the window as I was talking, hence what prompted my BAD review. I would normally, gladly give a GOOD review if it had called for one... Not here! Here is a picture of my walnut (3 And a half) shrimp 🍤 with no walnuts on my honey "walnut shrimp" $10 meal. What a joke. To make matters worse, Panda Express has no more chicken egg rolls anywhere, for the past year! What the heck is up with...
