I don’t review places under normal circumstances, but I really feel like I need to share my personal truck buying experience in this case. I stopped in to All Terrain Motorsports in Woodstock to look at a truck. They have a bunch of nice trucks on their lot that I have been looking at for years as I drive passed there. They were helpful, patient and expressed no pressure at all while I was looking at trucks. I took my time and completely looked at and drove several. When I found the one that I wanted, the financing application was basic and they helped me with that part too. I was a little concerned because my credit wasn’t very good but they came back with an approval. This whole process was easy and the guys there were super cool the whole time. I signed everything and took the truck home with me. A few days after buying my truck, the check engine light came on, had the codes checked and it was something to do with the turbo. I called all terrain and explained what was going on. They were really cool about it and with no question told me to come in one day when when I was off work so they could get it fixed. I was very impressed with how they stood behind the truck that they sold, I have never experienced that type of integrity from a place that sells used vehicles. I brought it to them for a day and they replaced what was wrong with the turbo. I picked up the truck and have been driving it for about 3 weeks now without any problems at all. I’m very happy with my purchase and very happy with where I bought it. We had been casually looking for a new Ford Superduty for a couple of weeks. All Terrain had a nice selection of used trucks in the years and models we liked. We made a trip over and perused several, but did not ask for any help. Watched their site and saw some new ones we really liked. We back and met James, one of the owners. Drove a couple of the trucks we liked and pondered them. Husband made another trip back and drove one of them and another new option and really liked one of them. I was not able to go see it due to a dog's surgery, so James brought the truck to me to see. I really liked the truck and we moved forward with the purchase. Working with James was so pleasant. We were never pressured and since he was one of the owners, it was question and immediate answer. No sitting in a waiting room while the salesman "ostensibly" has to ask the manager for a question or answer .... it was completely painless and James did absolutely everything he said.
