If I could give less than 1 star I would… always loved bojangles but my visit tonight was rough. They seemed to be very well staffed, 1 family in the dining room, 1 waiting on food. Drive through had a few cars but was moving well. Placed a curbside order, checked in when I pulled in, waited for over 10 mins, and then had to go inside to get my food. Once inside I had to wait several minutes in the ordering line (one person in front of me) while one employee inspected each piece of chicken she was adding to the bar before finally taking orders, one was on a personal cell phone call while packing a to go order as a dine in order and having to redo it, and the others were packing orders with no gloves on. Then I waited several minutes at the pickup counter. When finally helped they could not find my ticket or my food. Finally found my food sitting on the warmer counter for so long the bag had melted to the boxes… had to ask me what I ordered and re bag before I was finally able to leave. No apology offered. Very disappointed in the severe lack of professionalism. Good help is hard to...
Read moreI have tried setting up their app several times to no avail! Today, at 3pm it was slow inside so I thought finally I can get this thing set up. There are times, most of the time, the drive thru has people waiting in the highway for service. I asked for someone's help setting the app up. The very young cashier went in the back to get the manager, HA! Another kid came up to the counter and I showed her the problem I was having setting up my credit card. She said she didn't know nothing about the app, "I never use it!" I said, "Are you a manager?" She said yes. And I remarked, "I wouldn't tell nobody if I didn't know how to manage everything in the whole store; you must be an assistant manager?" She said none of use know about the app. I know times are hard, but customer service is more important than anything else. Maybe it is a CORPORATE thing to not give customers help on YOUR app, however, if more people COULD use your app you could serve more...
Read moreI worked there for a year, roaches have infested the place, thousands would be on the walls when opening. Crystal is too cheap to hire an exterminator. The kitchen staff have made it a habbit to put chicken that has dropped on the floor back in circulation, Crystal is to cheap and insists this be done to save her money. The coleslaw turns brown on top and I was told by Crystal to just stir it in so no one notices to cut costs. Lemons that start going bad have the rotted spots cut out of them. As said I worked there for a year and was the " do it all, go to person" for everything until I found out that Crystal paid her family members 3-4 dollars more just to stand around and have me do all the work. She wound up cutting ALL my hours to force me to quit. What she failed to understand was that I'm a retired, disabled vet who makes more a month with disability than even her top manager, joke is on...
