This review is mostly for the Steak you have there. We purchased some meat there yesterday, part was two Ribeyes that were bigger than we originally thought and we made one to split even though we are both big eaters but it was enough as they were about 1-1/2lbs each and I spiced liberally and broiled and they were about two inches thick so took a little longer but I have looked high and low recently for a place that has good steaks bc I literally can't find one until THESE STEAKS! These are the best steaks I can remember having for many years! The flavor and tenderness is how a good ribeye is supposed to be and FINALLY we found some here! Yes, they're expensive but I was buying them other places and pound for pound it's about the same but absolutely zero comparison in quality. Seems bunch of summers joined with no professional training and no sense of how to talk to customers in the counter. Today 5:15 pm I have to call manager Darren to deal with one of that person while on the paying station, including a small tiny grumpy lady, I used to see for many years in the same shop, and have no sense herself what she talking to a customer. If a senior manager reading this, then you can ask Mr. Darren how professional the handled the incident. I don’t want to name the new bee and that tiny grumpy lady name here. I was appaulled to find that none of the employees were wearing mask. Nearly every patron was but none of the staff were. Considering how the virus can spread they are needlessly endangering peoples lives. I considered contacting their corporate office and ask why they thought not was appropriate for them to not adhere to the guidance of numerous healthy authorities but I decided it was better to publicly acknowledge this issue. If you or someone you care about or for are in a risk category for COVID-19 do not shop at this store. They do not care about you or your loved ones well being. Actions speak far louder than words.
