UPDATE: 11/17/18. I've since visited the store two more times only for a pickup for online order . The attitude has changed from that same manager? I'm assuming and all workers greet upon entering the store, so the review must have been seen by district or store managers. At any rate I've increased the rating from a 1 to a 3.
9/25/18 I've been to this location 2x and both times the staff have zero interest to assist. It actually pisses me off. The first time I came in the summer I was shopping for vacation. I didn't 1.5 hours in the store and the only hello I got was to open the dressing room. No one came and asked how were my items working I had to get undressed to swap sizes. The second time I shopped at this location was this past weekend 9/23/18 in the afternoon. There was no hello by the white lady, possibly the manager she was typing in a phone or device. After a few minutes a black woman came from the back and greeted me before going to the register. I came looking for bras, got no help going through the drawers. I asked for a dressing room and was told just a moment by the person on the phone and another person let me in. Needless to say I didn't make a purchase there. I went home and ordered online. The prices are so expensive at Torrid for them to be so rude at this location.The Easton Torrid location they do have better customer service. Also, fyi the locations run different in store sales.    Read moreI had a very poor experience at this store yesterday more with the company policy not so much the associates. I purchased two dresses and a jumpsuit online 2/28/18, I got my items on 3/5/18 and was not satisfied with any of them (shopping online can be a struggle.) I went into this store in the evening of 3/15/18 and the women processing my return tells me that one of the dresses and jumpsuit are on clearance now and they can not be returned. Absolutely NOWHERE on my original order when I purchased these items did it say final sale, the receipt with the order does not say that they are final sale, and both of these items are showing on the website still marked at full price and not on clearance or stating that they are final sale. I have never had an issue with Torrid like this, I have returned items in the past smoothly. Unfortunately, I will not purchase anything from this store again (in store or online) unless this situation is rectified. I can not risk buying another item and it not working out to be told that it is now a clearance item and can not be returned. I am stuck with $160 worth of clothing that I will never be able to wear. I FULLY understand what final price means, but you can not sell an item without it being labeled correctly and suddenly claim that it is final sale and can no longer can be returned without full stating this upon purchasing it.    Read moreI've been into this store 3 times in the last month either to purchase or pick up an online order (which I'll go ahead and say I will NEVER order online from them again, I have had multiple issues with a simple online order and its been delayed for almost a week) anyway, the first time I went in to try on a pair of jeans I stood at the dressing room for 15 minutes waiting for the 2 employees to stop talking so they could help me. The second time I went in was to pick up a few pairs of panties and ended up leaving because there was an employee in there with her friends making all kinds of noise, it was rather uncomfortable. Then yesterday I went in to pick up an online order (that hasn't been messed up and a constant hassle) and the same employee from the second time I went was there again, this time she was not working but still had 2 friends in there with her, one was a male who was being VERY obnoxious and inappropriate, this behavior caused a delay in other customers checking out because the off duty employee and her friends where taking up the cashiers time. There is however 1 employee that I feel is good and tries to be polite and helpful, I think she may be the manager? I'm not 100% sure. All in all, as much as I love Torrid, I will not order online again and after I pick up my last order (whenever that is) I doubt I return to...
