I wanted to take the time out to share my experience at 1 of the Verizon Location on Sunday evening. I started out undecided on what the type of upgrade I really wanted. My main thing is to go into a store and to feel warm welcomed and to feel like my business is important to the company. Not only did I get that and above and beyond the patients and the understanding and the quality care of what the customer want Scott exceeded that. I never had that type of energy type of service when I go to any type of cellphone store that's one of the. Reasons why I drag going in there. Scott, not only served me with excellent care. It was 2 other customers that he was handling at the same time. While making sure he gave me his uninvited attention. While taking care of other customers I told Scott what I wanted and what I was looking for as far as the needs of my phone and upgrading and what I wanted not only did he sell me on my purchase, he gave me reasoning behind why I chose not to go with the other 2 choices. I am so pleased with the phone that I have gotten And I'm glad I let Scott lead the way and I trusted the process of what he was selling me and advising me to do I absolutely love the service. I will definitely send my family and friends to this store location. And let's not forget I went 2 other verizon locations and it was nothing like this!!!! I want management to know how good of a service I had at this location and I definitely. I'm looking forward to purchasing more items from you guys. And especially I get to go see my guy, Scott, I hope his mother had a wonderful 74 birthday because she definitely raised An amazing young man. Again Scott that thank you so much i'll definitely be in to get my galaxy watch!!!!! And for those that are anything like me, that likes to read reviews, definitely stop at this location and you definitely will get the type of service you are looking...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went into this location looking to upgrade my IPhone8 since I had a upgrade AND my device was fully paid off. I was told that a IPhone XS was ordered brand new for a customer that failed to purchase the phone. I was told by the sales representative that they opened the box up so they could put a screen protector on the phone so I did not worry too much about the box being open. After 10 days of having the new phone, it started to have some major glitches, in which the Verizon sales representative told me verbatim āthatās normal with brand new iPhonesā. Upon calling Apple for more information, I was informed that the phone had been first activated December 22, 2018. Also the phone was 88days off its 1 year manufacturers warranty, which Verizon promises with each and every iPhone purchase. When bringing this information to not only the sales representative as well as the store manager, I was not only told I was incorrect about the information I received from the manufacturer (???its their product AND their warranty) the store manager specifically was not concerned about the inconvenience this caused me and the fact this was pretty darn close to, if not a fraudulent sale. Charged same price of a new, closed box iPhone for a iPhone someone likely traded in with their upgrade after a year or so that had no warranty that was promised in the contract/receipt I signed. Yet when I came in for credit said I needed to wait til end of month for profits to build up since it was coming out of his pocket. Came in and of course no credit given. Manager Jaimie was supposed to email me per another store rep about situation next day after talking to Scott and of course they did not call or email either. Went into store couple days ago and was told Scott told manager he didnāt really offer that. Fast talker. Like many sales rep will say things to get your business. Got a couple phones and home internet from them. Even sent my sister up there who ended up getting a phone. She had to call Verizon as well because of fees not explained to her. At least they have her credit for being a long time customer. However she will not go back to this store and neither will I. Will make sure I tell people to steer clear of it. Stick with A Verizon corporate store only. Make sure you get promises in writing so you donāt waste your time with smooth...
