Update: Continuing to deteriorate. Bad Staff, Reduced portions, Under Cooked food.
My Friday's (02/26) order was a big mess. Think I am sitting on my laptop after I have picked the order. This is that much of a mess.
First thing, I come to the drive through, I am being asked to wait. I did wait and then I was asked to give my order.
I had three orders, one bowl and two plates. First a lady speaks to take my order. I gave the Bowl was half rice, half greens with Firecracker chicken. Then I place the plate order, where i give half rice, half chowmein and kung pao chicken and fire cracker chicken. Right this moment, while i was giving my order, in the midway, I was passed on to another person to continue with my order. What is this? You are assisting one customer and then you plan to give it to someone else. The other person directly asked me my third order, for which I gave half rice, half greens, kung pao and fire cracker.
Now comes the disappointment. The person who was on call confirmed the order on his own and mentioned string bean chicken in the bowl. How can you start the third order when you got the first order incorrect? I mentioned Firecracker chicken, to which the person says yes. I go to the counter and pick my order. While I pick, I see the bowl with string bean chicken. Just see the amount of disappointment. I just to open one of the doors where it says ENTER here. However, they are locked. Apparently, they have locked the doors even after saying they allow 10 person to dine it at a time. PS. There was no one dining inside.
I had to call them over phone and someone comes out to speak to me. I told the bowl has string bean chicken while I ordered Fire cracker. She takes my order inside puts firecracker chicken in the bowl and gives it to me (that's why the two stars).
The disappointment does not end. I come home to see the order. I see the receipts says Firecracker chicken in the remaining two and to my surprise, they were string bean.
I'm so highly disappointed. From food to service, everything has become pathetic. I have been going to Panda at Reynoldsburg from the past 3 years and it is not like it was. No doubt, it came down from over 4...

Your manager Stephanie and cashier Stephanie need a reality check, ASAP. Especially the manager Stephanie who should be leading her crew by example and placing the customer first. Long story short, family meal was overcharged 3 weeks ago. Called same hour and got an “IOU” to have our meal comped since our money couldn’t be returned. Great. Called restaurant to place order and give heads up on coming through this last Sunday, they are rude and tell us they will not place our order and do it online. As they hang up. Great. Make a trip down to place order instead. The entire time ordering, Stephanie the cashier is asking “is that it? Is that it? Ok is that it?” NO I AM NOT DONE TALKING. pull up to window and that’s where I got to experience the even more horrendous Stephanie the manager who is now telling me I am being charged full price since she can’t find my name in their Care Log. NOPE. The entire time she is focused on trying to prove me wrong while I have the proper documentation to support my conversation back with the other manager. But instead of putting the customer first, and just LISTENING to me, Stephanie wants to argue back and forth. I can only imagine how much business this location has lost due to their lack of respect for their customer and they can’t seem to get it right. Read moreI had the worst experience at 8064 E. Broad St. in Columbus, OH. Food was not hot, only got pieces of 2nd Entre and when I drove back around to get my money back, it was not good at all. The young man "Peter" ( maybe his name) was rude and was determined that I either take what I was given or he would fix something else. At this point I loss my appetite and only wanted my money back. He blatantly repeated "I AM NOT GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!". Then went on about nothing was wrong with the food, their P"Polucy", and O know all too well about Policies. I worked at CFA for tears and we would NEVER DISRESPECT A GUEST AS SUCH! So I sat in the line holding up traffic and called 911 for the Police to come, finally a nice young lady came to the window and gave me my money back. Truly she should be working at CFA. This was so inappropriate and yes I was upset, so I called the Manager Stephanie today who really wanted to talk over me, and gave me the brush off. People this is why things go bad fast, .. A paying Customer/Guess should never have to go through what I experienced last nite. I will send a letter to their Corporate Offuce, and although I may only be one person.
