I tried to return an item that I purchased via PayPal and was told I couldn’t receive an immediate refund because the method of payment was unknown. The salesperson who was helping me was nice but the store manager—Amanda Weaver was very rude. She cut me off when I was talking. She told me to have a nice day sarcastically and then when I was walking out she said Merry Christmas. It’s as if she was antagonizing me the entire time.

I stopped by yesterday (19SEP25) and a wonderful employee by the name of Alley helped me choose sale items carefully. Alley also took the time to explain how to properly wash and dry to upkeep quality of clothing pieces purchased. Alley is an example of what WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE should be like! Unfortunately, Jayana Honey wrote a false comment. I have been there numerous times and the manager she is complaining about is wonderful. Jayana Honey clearly DID NOT read the return policy.
