The cashier told me they open them from the top so they know they’re “real” then showed me 2 boxes filled with “defects” that people returned and handed me a “new” vape that was already dirty.

Normally I give 5 stars here as I can get what I want and at decent price. They still up charge a lot on disable vapes but they all do. Anyway- came in 2:15pm today. Music was just way way to loud. The clerk & I had to keep repeating are selfs. Normally I can get 1 to 5 bucks off my total bill as I’m in every week to 2 weeks buying vapes. Last time I came in guy said full price as he hasn’t seen me😒 ok. Then today I come in needing to grab a vape. Neither one the guys that hook me up are there. Like said music is so loud. I told him I’m a usual here I have 26.80 on my card. Can you work with me a couple cents so I can grab one these and try it. Kept showing me all these 5k puffs after told him looking for 10k or higher. Ya make a killing on up charging these vapes. Could hook a reg customer up.. Guess I just need to go...

They are rude. They rush you out of the store. They have no problem selling you products that are used. Like they sold me USED vape. You could tell it had been used and dude wouldn’t gimme my money back or exchange it and had an attitude the whole time. By far the worst smoke shop I have ever been too. Definitely will not be spending another...
