Verizon — Local services in Jeffersonville

If I could give zero stars I would. There is a gentleman that works there that doesn't know anything. We've been in twice for a phone not working (good ole Verizon everyone swears about. I haven't had the best luck with their service) the guy knows nothing. We went tonight for a phone not working again and of course couldn't help us. He had another customer in which came out to us and said "sorry your having troubles but this guys doesn't even know how to add a line". In which I responded to these customers and said this isn't our first encounter with him, he doesn't. Then I further explained our last encounter when he called his manager for assistance in which she was on speaker and told him "I told you I had a family emergency I don't have time for this". This place has limited service capabilities to the customers. I went to buy a NEW PHONE and I asked if they had it. They said they had the phone I was looking for but it was locked up and put away. In my experience if you have something to sell you don't put it away you have it out for all to see and get them interested in buying the product. I left them and went to BEST BUY and walked in and bought my new phone right away and was able to use it right out of the store. Yes the I phone bought was locked up for protection but there were the same phones on display to look, feel, and see how they worked before buying. I am a business owner myself and know how customers should be treated and there satisfaction met if at all possible. My wife and I have had bad experiences with the corporate store ever time we have gone. They were always unhelpful and condescending about our question and problems we had with our devices. We decided to try this authorized dealer and I was blow away by the difference in the helpfulness and customer care and satisfaction.
