Very disappointing visit today! At 1:17 I placed a mobile order. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch non fat milk extra whip with 4 additional shots this is what I got??
Unfortunately the young lady waiting on me (she was small stature, long dark hair I couldn't see her name tag or I would add it) was so busy visiting with a friend that came in and talking about getting together at a later date she actually didn't even finish working on my drink u til after I was waiting 5 minutes I ask about my mobile order she said "oops, sorry" and then she proceeded to dump it from the pitcher into a cup and get ready to hand it to me. I told her it was a caramel ribbon crunch with 4 added shots with extra whip.
She proceeded to get an empty cup put Whip cream in the bottom dumped the blended drink into it add it more whip on top and handed it back to me and asked me if I needed a straw!!!
I ask her by the way where's the caramel this is a caramel ribbon crunch so she took it back drizzled some caramel on top and handed it back to me I said what about the crunch and you didn't put any in at the bottom.
oh it's not standard to put it in at the bottom she said and then when I try to ask her about the shots which it didn't look like it had any, she had already proceeded to go back talking to her friend, which she continued to do the entire time trying to read the label on my cup.
So when I leave what I get a sip of is whipped cream with a little bit of caramel!!!
I amvery very disappointed, the worst customer service I have ever received at this Starbucks.
Add to it I used a 150 points for the drink that was a total waste I guess I'll add my own espresso now that I'm home??
Ridiculous!!! Pay attention and do your job, stop visiting...

I spotted this Starbucks as soon as I walked out of the surgery center. It was like serendipity since I was starving, but coffee can always fill that void. So, of course, I came straight here.
As I walked inside, I noticed there was a lot of open seating (there is also outdoor seating, but it was still early and a bit chilly outside). The cafe was fairly empty except for two guests already seated and one who walked in after me. So, I went direct to the order counter with my own reusable cup (gotta do my little bit to save the planet, plus it saves me 10 cents - it adds up, ya know!).
I don't know why I bother to look at the menu (habit, I guess), I almost always get a cinnamon dulce latte, extra hot, no whip. And that is exactly what I got today. The barrister was pleasant and accurately took my order. She even asked how I spelled my name instead of guessing and getting it wrong because my name is not one of those situations where it is spelled like it sounds.
Overall, it's pretty standard for Starbucks, so yes, I would recommend it, and if I'm ever in the area, I would...
Read moreWhen the store first opened they were fast but now after being open several months the management has let the employees slack off and turn their work shift into social hour making the line take average 5 to 10 minutes a car caused by then having continuous conversions with co workers. Update: I pull up there is 7 cars in the drive thru and you'd think all hands on deck but 3 employees are standing at the end of the bar having a conversation when they could be helping with orders, if the employees want better wages then show the work not turn work into social hour. Weeks later and the employees still prefer social hour over work, the manager has been walking around with a clip board making conversations with the other staff members slowing them down during a lunch rush who makes the management decisions here because the leadership skills are...
