To the owner.... We come here quite often probably too much.... But let me tell you something. You need a manager in there Friday thru Sunday night if you're going to have a bunch of kids run the place. There were people unnecessarily waiting Friday evening due to how slow they employees were moving. There was ZERO sense of urgency to get orders filled. There was 2 or 3 in the back back room doing who knows what. An occasional kids would peak around the corner. The other two, I'm assuming one was a manager, the we're both moving at turtle speed and ZERO communication between any of them. No one was interested in helping. And to to top it off. You SHOULD NEVER EVER RUN out of any types of cookies on a Friday thru Sunday evening especially as early as we were in there roughly 7pm. Total unacceptable. Go back and check your cameras. At one point they ran out of a cookie and it took them 3 minutes to get a new cookie for one customer. I believe I was standing there for no shorter than 20 minutes to get my cookies. It was very very unacceptable and other customers around me were not happy. It's not hard to run an operation like this when it's handed to you in specific directions. My advise to you is keep an older operations manager insight until your employees understand sense of urgency.
Come to check for any owner response 6 months later. ...
Read moreI have heard a lot of raving about these cookies, so thought I’d try them out for myself. First of all, these are not “casual cookies”. What I mean by that is, don’t expect to go in and pay 2 to 3 dollars each. One single cookie is almost 5 dollars. These are: special. large. cookies. 1 serving is one quarter of a cookie! I chose the 4pk - 1 caramel pumpkin, 1 peanut butter cream, and 2 milk chocolate chips. -The caramel pumpkin was soft, almost cake like, stellar, sublime. Definitely it was the best of my sampling. -The peanut butter cream was a stiffer and more cookie like. Nice peanutty flavor. Overall satisfying and I would eat it again. -The milk chocolate chip taste test was unfortunately a disappointment. The flavor profile was, for the lack of a better word, fake. It tasted chemically. This cookie is definitely not a “classic” chocolate chip. In all fairness I am a purist when it comes to chocolate, so the milk chocolate is why it tasted fake. Let’s face it, milk chocolate hardly has any chocolate in it. My husband who does like milk chocolate, didn’t like this cookie either, “tastes funny” he said. We ended up tossing the milk chocolate chip cookies. :( wasteful I know, but not worth the calories. All in all, it’s a treat and not a regular indulgence we just have to have. I’ll definitely go back and try other...
Read moreMy family adores Crumbl cookies. Unfortunately, I am always the one left with the duty of stopping by this location to pick them up. I have never met a group of people less interested in serving the public that is paying them than the employees at this location. We always pre-order online for pick up. And every time I come here, I stand at the pick up counter and watch the workers take order after order and nonchalantly walk back to fill those orders and hand them over to customers while I stand there without so much as a greeting. It happened again this afternoon. I stood there and watched the young lady, who would have to be walking backwards to move any more slowly, take and place three orders in a row, and not even make eye contact with me. I finally asked her if she would like to know why I was standing there? I told her we placed an online order that was due for pick up 30 minutes ago. She had to look for five minutes to finally find the order, and then proceeded to fill it, dripping with attitude… Apparently I interrupted whatever momentum she had going on there. My family might love them, but I’m the one paying the bills and Crumbl will never get another nickel of my money.
BTW… I have to stop by this place at least once or twice a month and I never pick up less than one...
