When the reviews are this bad, I should have believed them, but I’m an optimist and wanted to believe it was an exaggeration. After waiting 15 minutes for my food only to have my order wrong. Took it back, waited again for 10 minutes and they made the same order after being told what it should have been. 😂 Smh…
At this point I’d been in the store for 30 minutes and wasn’t about to wait any longer for them to fix it.
From my observation, the staff is unfamiliar with the menu, unfamiliar with how input orders and unfamiliar with the uniformity of Culver’s policies and procedures.
I don’t care if the location is fairly new, I paid full price, I want full service, correct service. The kids standing around and there are tables that need to be cleaned, drink station needs attention and bathroom needs attending. This is by far one of the most unorganized and poorly run Culver’s I’ve ever been to and I frequent Culver’s all over the country. An employee went over to the ice-cream machine, put a spoon in and started eating out of the machine. This is not only unsanitary but very unprofessional. As soon as I witnessed I asked to speak to a manager. I had to ask twice she took so long to come speak with me. She was extremely dismissive and very nasty when I brought up my concern. Read moreAt the drive thru, asked the guy to make my food plain, watched dude on the screen manually delete all of the stuff to make it "plain" dude deletes everything he just did, adds a regular sandwich back to my order that isn't plain. I then wait 30+ minutes to get my food. Guess what, not plain. It was raining, the sticker they put on your side mirror is still half stuck to my side mirror and it left adhesive on the mirror that I'm gonna have to remove with Goo Gone, and still didn't get my food. I go into the building and explain the situation and ask for a refund, he asks if I have the drink so I literally had to go back out to my car, get the drink and give it back to them too in order for them to give me a full refund.
