Hopefully my review can be used as a teachable moment. Pulled in, both lanes had a car. I ordered but her touchscreen wasnt working. Seen 4 people standing at the rear of building (maybe one of theirs wouldve worked) so she had me pull on up to order once the car ahead was done. Other lane, now clear. I could see maybe another 6-8 more employees between inside and drive thru area. The car ahead of me or the employee was having some kind of issues (not sure) but this was the most people working there at once as Id ever seen at this location. Not once did anyone ask if Id ordered yet, or couldve came over from the empty lane to get my order. But nothing. I have never had a bad experience there until tonight. After I waited as long as I was willing, I pulled off and went to Starbucks across the street instead (loathe Starbucks) and I really love 7Brew, so much that I sought it out in Lexington, Ky just last weekend. Everytime I come to Clarksville, I go out of my way to Jeff just for the 7Brew. However, I wont be back. The oblivios employees there didnt respect my time sitting there waiting so Ill take my bussiness back to Coffee Crossing. Unless Im out of town again, then I might seek out another 7brew. Read moreDuring my class break today, I visited 7Brew to purchase a coffee but encountered an unfortunate service issue. Upon receiving my drink, I noticed multiple strands of hair on the cup, including near the area where I would need to place my mouth. I politely requested a replacement, but the employee attempted to wipe the hair off and return the same drink to me. I calmly reiterated that I would prefer a completely new drink. The employee then took my cup, but instead of remaking the beverage, she simply replaced the lid. I again expressed my concern, explaining that the hair had been all over the cup and near the drink opening, and requested a freshly made replacement. At this point, the employee displayed an unprofessional attitude, took my cup, and walked away—ultimately dropping the coffee and spilling it on herself. When I received my new drink, the employee continued to respond with an unpleasant demeanor and an unprofessional tone.
