My family and me love Chik-Fil-A and one of the reasons why is because of their customer service. We usually grab lunch there when we go to the movies and I've never had a bad experience until yesterday. I ordered the usual drink that my kids love, which is the watermelon lemode. However if you have had this before you know it's way too sweet. I always ask that they put 1 pump of the syrup instead of 3 pumps and this is how I've ordered it since the drink came to Chik-Fil-A. I've gone from WPB all the way to Tampa and Orlando ordering it this way and never had a problem. Yesterday when I ordered it I was told I can't get 1 pump. That they have to sell it the way that it is...well that's an absolute lie. I asked them to print me the sheet where it dates that I can't buy a drink the way I want it made. Even with their sweet tea, I always order 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet and have never had a problem. On the sheet itself it states that you can substitute the drink. I called their corpocorporate office because at this point it's the principle. How is anyone going to tell us how we have to order a drink that we will be consuming? When I called corporate Bryan was very apologetic and he stated that it's absolutely unacceptable the way they behaved and that I should have received my drink the way I ordered it. He stated that he would speak to Mr. Buchanan about the behavior of the employees there. Also, I forgot to mention that as I was explaining why I wanted the drink a certain way their was a rude crew member by the name of Kaitlyn that was making fun and laughing the whole time. Mr. Kid the store manager actually agreed with the bahavior of his employees and its it's pretty sad considering his the store manager. We'll see if Mr. Buchanan speaks to his employees about their behavior. I will never eat there again....Just like I can order my sandwich without pickle or my salad without cheese, the drinks are no different per corporate. Don't ever let anyone tell you how you have to do anything. You are in control of your body and health. No one else has that privilege, especially when it comes to your kids. I decide how much sugar my kids consume. No one else can or ever will....i would give 0 stars but that's not an option. Sad, very disappointed with this chik-fil-a.
So just as update....I never received a call from anyone tho apologize for the horrible experience. What I got us an email for a free breakfast sandwich and one for a free lunch sandwich..really?? I won't be using either because I don't plan on ever returning to the Jensen Beach...

Read moreSo I've been going to this Chick Fil A for years and I've had a few bad experiences here and there but I normally attribute that to bad employees and such. Well today I go and since I cannot disgust fried food I always get a spicy grilled sandwich. This sandwich is off the menu but the crew usually tells me it will be a 5 minute wait and I'm ok with that. Well today they refused too and I was ok with that until the supervisor tells me he eats his sandwich like that all the time. So if you are willing to cook your sandwich a certain way but not mine when I have dietary restrictions you are basically telling me to go "f" myself. Chick Fil A used to be all about the customer and service but I guess with new ownership times have changed. The old ownership used to do Random Acts of Kindness to where they would give away free food sometimes to families in need. Under this ownership they are not willing to make a sandwich a certain for someone with strict dietary restricions even when the customer agrees to wait but they will make it for their employess and themselves and them...
