The worst customer service! The manager Tiffany was extremely rude and condescending. Jenny the cosmetics manager was rude, condescending and abrasive. Itās really sad when your sales staff at the store was also saying how rude Jenny is. But, Iām not surprised at the service considering the manager isnāt setting an example for her team. Donāt fall for their sales tactics in offering $25.00 certificates for purchasing over $100 or more in fragrance, because when the time comes to redeem the certificate, they will not have the fragrances youāre wanting to purchase. They will have to order the fragrance at the store at the regular price and you canāt use your certificates. Tiffany told me I would have to come back to return the purchase and if the certificates are not expired, sheāll make the adjustment. I purchased over $400+ plus in fragrances for Christmas gifts and to be treated with such horrible service was enough for me not to ever patronize this store. Customer service is key to every business, especially now with the economy going through a tough time. It takes one customer to loose 100 customers, because I will tell everyone about how my mother and I was treated. I would rather pay higher prices for customer service and order on line because at least Amazon and other online retailers stand by their products and return policies. Just like other retailers that are going out of business, Dillards will be next if they donāt improve their customer service. My mother and I, ordered a lot of merchandise last year when retailers had to close up. I wanted to patronize local business, so the money can stay in our community, but I will not spend my money at retailers who treat their customers like they donāt need our business. To add, the manager Tiffany walked up to my daughter and I, like we should have known her. She didnāt introduce herself, she made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her, she didnāt have on a name tag and appeared to look like she just rolled out of bed. Her appearance wasnāt professional and I was actually shocked she was the manager. She didnāt try to provide a solution or resolve our issue. We had to tell Tiffany how she should do her job as the manager. Also let me add that Jenny had told us that Tiffany is too busy to come down to resolve our issue. Basically itās okay to take your money and after that we donāt care about resolving your issue. I donāt have issues at Nordstrom or Saks when I drive to West Palm Beach to shop. Fix the issue with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter my experience today that was very unprofessional and unpleasant I decided to take a moment to read the reviews for this specific location to see if I could get an idea on the type of shopping experiences that people receive when shopping at this same location to see if my experience was possibly just a fluke or if it happened to be the standard for service (or lack there of) when coming to this Dillard's. Well, apparently the horrible service I received today at Jensen Beach Dillard's is what you should expect if you decide to come to this location despite the many, many negative reviews given to this location. Employees are rude, actually rude is an understatement honestly. Simply walking around browsing the clothes section after entering the store maybe 2-3 minutes MAX before being approached by an employee (female, black) who rudely asked if I needed help finding something specific to which I replied I was looking for men's jogger pants for someone, and I had already found a rack that had some of this specific item on it, and she incorrectly informed me this was all the joggers the store carried and said i wouldn't find anymore or any different brands anywhere else around the store - she was 100 % incorrect because there was about 3 different racks of different brands that were men's joggers located scattered across the men's section on different racks. After informing me that there was only 1 brand/ rack of men's joggers I thanked her and continued browsing and found a different rack with a better known brand of joggers, better material as well, and she continued following me around as I continued to browse and stared at me making me feel very uncomfortable - it was very, very awkwardly obvious she was "watching " me for whatever reason from the moment our paths crossed and made me feel uncomfortable to the point I felt she was incorrectly and rudely profiling me as a criminal, plus she was very unprofessional and had 0 customer service skills so I promised myself to never return to this location again! management and owners need to pay attention to their workers and the people hired because you guys are obviously losing lots of business according to your reviews due to rude employees and poor shopping experiences for many others, not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in today to buy my daughter and son graduation outfits. As my daughter was trying something on in the fitting room , I asked my preteen son to grab another shirt from the boys department right next to us. He was already currently holding his outfit and shoes and we were just finishing up with my daughter. A employee came up to my son and took his shoes away from him after asking if he was going to pay for them which he replied āyesāand said tell your parents to get them if they want them. So, very frustrated I walked over and asked for my sons shoes back. She hesitated to even give them back to me ??? She then said āoh you are going to pay for theseā? I replied āUh Yea, thatās why he was holding them !ā She then said okay Iāll ring you up here. I said I am still shopping with my daughter next door I will pay for them when Iām done shopping. She repliesāwell usually you pay for the shoes in the shoe department ā .. since when ? I told her to give me my sons shoes. Horrible service! I felt profiled and I am a normal looking American woman so Iām so confused as to why?! Very hurt , and embarrassed by this that I never want to step foot in this...
